This IS NOT a replacement for the original Generac charger. Lightweight and cheap. Voltage on the unit states 12 volt 1 amp, yet the original is heavy duty and 14.1 volt DC , 800 mah. returning for full refund. would not even work on a 12 low powered router indoors, let alone in a garage hooked up to an AGM on a generator. This is the second one I bought, I pulled the wire out of the old one. Being stupid and in a hurry I would recommend this unit to keep battery charged up.

I honestly don't know if it's working, if it had a simple light showing it's charging or charged that would be great. I know I can use a multimeter but the battery isn't easily accessible.
