Took me and my boyfriend 6 hours to put together the instructions was a bit confusing but we figured it out but once it’s up it’s so niceeee changes different colors I have a 75 inch tv love it

Assembly not difficult; however, there are two (2) key points with the installation that I missed: > Step 7: connecting the under panel lighting in Step 7 was not illustrated. The USB lighting connections need to be installed inward or else it would not reach to connect to the fireplace. I had to go back 2 steps to reverse the lighting strips. In hindsight, I would test the fireplace and lighting strips prior to Step 7 to make sure that everything works. I was fortunate that everything worked after assembling. > Step 14: shows the fireplace pushed in the space where it belongs; however, in the separate electric fireplace instructions, the decorative "crystals" are in a plastic bag, but are not noted. there is one screw that will enable the fireplace glass frame to be removed (not easy to do), where the crystals (noted as "decorative stuff") can be placed inside the glass for visual effect. It is important to do this before placing the fireplace into the TV stand Step 14 as the "fit" is very snug (also make sure the crystals are distributed evenly). I needed to go back to insert the crystals, but the weight of the TV made it difficult to re-insert the fireplace into the stand section. Still need to do this, but I wanted to get this advice out to you. Overall the unit looks great and works nicely. I recommend this for the functionality and the price. If the points above were included the instructions, it would have saved me some time and effort, and I would have given 5 stars.

The heating in my house was old and outdated, so I purchased this to be the main source of heat for my small house. We love it! I typically only have to use the heat on the low setting and it works great. The only issue was that when I was putting it together, I got to the last part, which was the doors. They come with a plastic shrink wrap on them. When I took it off, one of the doors had damage to the corner of it....BUT they have text & email contact info on the instruction packet. I took pics and sent them as a text. The company got back to me the following day. They asked for my order # which I sent them, and after confirming my order they messaged me back and said they would be sending me a replacement door at no cost to me. It only took a few days and it was here. They have GREAT customer service. I woulf definitely recommend them. Im very happy with my stand and I would order other items from them.

The fire place is excellent. We have the central heat set on 73 degrees. It hasn't come on yet. The fire place is keep our 1200 sq foot Apt warm by itself. We also have a 85 inch tv sitting on top of it.
