I'm happy with this purchase. Very heavy, solid and high-quality, great assembly instructions (you'll want two people) and no issues with alignment or quality with one very minor exception. Both drawers are slightly off so that when I open a door, the drawer comes out slightly. Again, minor, and I'll fix that by moving a screw in the slide to one of the oblong holes and putting a screw where there wasn't a place for one in the wood. I do wish the firebox/fireplace were slightly deeper and the "wood" looked a little less like plastic than it does. That might be my biggest gripe. That said, the flames look nice and it does a great job of heating the room and somewhat the adjoining room, also. My subwoofer just barely fits in one of the door bays and will require me propping it up in the back a bit. Certainly not the fault of the entertainment center. Overall, I'd definitely recommend, especially when it's on sale. We purchased it on Black Friday at a very nice discount.

The piece is sturdy and well made. Mine arrived with a few cosmetic scratches but the seller was helpful. It puts out a nice amount of heat and quietly. Only downside is it has only one heat setting and no remote to turn it on/off. You can have the fireplace on without heat for ambience, which is nice. Assembly took a solid two hours, but wasn’t too bad.

A really nice piece for the price, I'm impressed! The fire feature is the most realistic-looking I've seen for an electric, and the heater does a nice job, too. The flame brightness is dimmable which is great for a subtle movie night vs bright daytime coziness. Unfortunately the drawer pull-outs are a little too short, and the cabinet doors are a little crooked, but fortunately neither is very obvious. Easy enough to put together and set up. A nice rich green color, I hope it doesn't nick easily, though. Overall I'd definitely recommend it!

This item comes in a 70ish pound box, quite heavy and arrived quickly. I opened the box to be sure all of the parts were there and they were however the bottom base had the coating banged off in 4 places, so I sanded it, went and got matching stain and wood filler and fixed it. Not happy but easier than trying to return it and the box was torn up on arrival and I don't know how I would ship it back without repackaging it. I began putting it together and early on pieces 7 and 8 of 100 which were the walls if the unit were CNC'd (drilled) way off of where they should be which is how the drawers mount. So I turned to the back of the instructions and put together the drawers, measured where the drawers should go, took everything back apart that was in the way re-marked, re predrilled the holes, used a level to mount the brackets and reassembled the unit together a second time. It was a bit off the drawer stuck out 2cm more than it should and I eventually redrilled and got it right but what a pain. If I have to do all of that work the price should be much lower. Not happy.
