Well, this one takes the cake! Setup was easy—as there were 3 sections to stack in each other, and then plug them in for the white lights to shine. Took me about 30 minutes to fluff out of the box… BOOM. Ready for decorating in under an hour! I don’t know if we’ll be going back to a real tree after this year, and seeing how much LESS hassle was involved. I’ve received a TON of compliments on the tree thus far. Historically my pre-lit trees other strings go out on the 3rd year… but hoping this will last longer before I need to replace them. ... show more

    • Buyer aware: no prepaid return!
The tree arrived defective, the middle layer could not light up. I bought this item under prime FREE shipping and return policy, but the seller did not provide a prepaid label. Amazon customer service had to step in and contact the seller, still no respond. I eventually got the refund from Amazon but the seller should be responsible for such basic things. ... show more

I feel deceived - only about 10% of the branches have “feel real” tips, the vast majority are fake, wired shiny green tinsel-looking branches (which are hard to manipulate, 2 hours in and still needs fluffing). The description of the tree is deceptive and I regret ordering it. The cherry on top of this overpriced, underwhelming tree is that you have to pay to return it! Don’t waste your money. ... show more
