There was nothing wrong with the Christmas tree. It looks exactly like it was pictured on here. I returned it because it just wasn't my style. I discovered that I just prefer traditional green Christmas trees. I didn't set it up or plug it in, so I can't comment on that. It looked like it would be fairly uncomplicated to set up. It doesn't look overly cheap but it doesn't look like an expensive, high-end tree, either. The needles are shiny, which would probably look pretty when the lights are turned on. There was a decent amount of lights on this tree, too. My intent was to use it as a year-round holiday tree. If white Christmas trees are your thing, you might enjoy this item. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I won’t fully put it up since we’re in the new year but opened it to make sure it worked before putting it in storage and it’s great, as described. It’s initially set to just flat multi colored lights upon plugging in, I realized the remote needed a battery so luckily I have some on hand. There’s plain white light modes, multi, and then blinking and flashing amongst styles as well as being able to dim the lights up or down.
