Received the first box, Fedex manhandled the box and 8 pieces were cracked. We contacted the seller and they quickly resent a new box. The glass rocks are especially nice but the flames could definitely be better. They need to have a better resolution to the flame screen. They appear very two dimensional and a bit blurry. Quite disappointed in the heating function. Definitely does not produce much heat. You have to be right in front of it to feel any effects. There are only two settings for heat. Low and “high” (you would never use low because if you want heat you would never feel it on low). Does not heat a room even on high. Not too complicated to assemble. Put it together in an afternoon, by myself. Overall the Quality is ok. Not great but not bad. It’s pretty much what you would expect at this price point. ... show more

Fireplace is a good side for my needs. It's is taller then the other brands espeically if you have a wall mounted TV. I'm always worried about purchasing large items like this on Amazon just in case they are damaged during shipping or malfunctions one it's put all together. The display and heat are very good. I had a sligh issue with the light display but the manufacturer custom service was great. They responded quickly and resolved my issues and that says a lot when purchasing large item and not having to return it. Overall it was a good purchase for me. ... show more
