Easy to use, and works. I had an old strip plug in one of my tires, and it had started leaking air again. I couldn’t get the old plug out, and didn’t want to push it through into the tire. I screwed one of these right into middle of old plug and it sealed up nicely. Two weeks so far and no leak.

These work well. I recently had a flat tire on my suv and only had the traditional tire plug to use at the time. It didn't work well (maybe bc it was so cold, close 0°F). After about 3 days it started to slowly leak again. I received these plugs around that time, quickly plugged the hole again and it hasn't leaked since. It's been 2 months. It was so much easier to use than the old style plug as well. Never going back. Just in case it may help to put a few drops of rubber cement on the tip before you screw in. ... show more
