Edited: Fiona (a customer service representative) took over my case and made sure it was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure I got my part and that I was happy. I am very glad she took over. I will change my 1 star to a 4 because of her service. The product itself seems to be good (except the tie downs, invest in better ones). I will be putting it together this weekend. Original: Customer service is a joke, I got it on the 8th and it’s the 22nd and still no time of when it will be sent. Number 14 was not cut on one side for the polycarbonate to go into. It took me a week to get them to understand with pictures and finally a video walk through that a toddler could understand. Other than the pieces we had to bend back, it didn’t seem too bad. However, with this one piece being wrong, it’s trash. Also, the tie downs they send, are like ones for a tent. Not good at all. I plan on buying a few more, but not from this store.
