This concrete sealant is amazing! Application is easy, it’s ready to use, no mixing or adding water required. It really adheres to the concrete and dries fairly quickly. I ordered more of the sealant, I noticed that most of the cracks are deeper than I had expected and the sealant sinks into the cracks, so it will require a bit more sealant to completely cover the larger cracks. Very impressed with the ease of application, effectiveness and durability! 5-stars, highly recommend!

This product is designed to fill small- to medium-sized cracks in concrete or asphalt driveways, patios, or walkways. It flows well enough to be fairly self-leveling during application, but that also means that it works only with surfaces that are horizontal (or nearly so). For deep cracks, avoid wasting filler material by using foam backing rod (available cheaply at home improvement stores) to seal off the bottom of the crack before applying filler. Clean and dry the surface before application. Use disposable gloves when working with this material, to simplify cleanup. Paint thinner will clean it from tools, etc. (best done before it dries). It's black in color, so it looks OK on asphalt--but I wish it came in a light grey shade so it would be less noticeable on concrete surfaces. It gets fairly dry in two hours or so, but full cure strength takes about 72 hours to achieve. It's made of a silane resin, so it retains a degree of flexibility that helps it to avoid cracking due to temperature changes or minor movement.
