The media could not be loaded. I am used to the metal frame racks that fit snuggly to the side wall of a Langstroth hive. When I attempted to insert the rack, I needed to move frames to get the thick plastic material into the box. Even then, I couldn’t get the two racks inserted at a width that allowed me to securely hang a frame - as the outside edges moved away from each other and a frame dropped to the ground. Very unhappy colony…and beekeeper. I did find a helpful use, though I can’t use them as a rack: It is well into the 90s here this week. I set the honey super atop the brood box WITH the racks on both sides, providing significant ventilation.
