Honestly, 45 minutes into getting the door handle on, I seriously thought about returning it. The only reason I didn't was return was due to the fact that the machine, itself, is hefty. Lugging it back would’ve been more work than assembling IKEA furniture blindfolded. Now, I had read the reviews saying the handle was tough to install. Thought to myself, “Pfft, amateurs.” I’m a technician. I build and program slot machines for a living. Screws? That’s light work. WRONG. Whoever designed this handle clearly moonlights as a chaos gremlin. The holes in the door are so big, the provided screws just fall right through like coins in a vending machine that rejects all forms of payment. I tried multiple screws and each one disappeared into the door’s inner void, never to be seen again. Bottom line: unless you enjoy existential crises with your appliances, pass on this. ... show more

This is more of a nuisance than anything else, but the screws that were sent with the refrigerator are not long enough to install the door handles. The doors can be opened with out the handles, but the handles would make it easier. I've tried finding a customer service number or email to contact but have not had any luck. Other than that, the wine refrigerator itself works fine, we've been happy with it so far! ... show more

We love our new wine fridge. Love look of the wood shelves instead of the wire shelves. Took a minute for my husband to figure out how to put the handles on but he eventually got it. The space between the shelves are a little narrow. Some of my big bottles of wine don’t fit unless they are in the top shelf. You can remove or move them around but not too much room to do that. Nice unit, especially with dual zones. Not quite counter height so it needs a trim piece over it. But it won’t hold 20 bottles unless they’re from a mini-bar. Only 2 standard-sized bottles will fit on each shelf
