The fridge itself runs well and manages both zones correctly. It is quiet and looks very nice. As mentioned by others the handle is the only weakness for this unit. Not only is installing the handle a bit tricky, the screw heads have to go all the way through the back of the door to extend out to the handles, but even installed correctly one bump into the handle dislodged it. Honestly, 45 minutes into getting the door handle on, I seriously thought about returning it. The only reason I didn't was return was due to the fact that the machine, itself, is hefty. Lugging it back would’ve been more work than assembling IKEA furniture blindfolded. Now, I had read the reviews saying the handle was tough to install. Thought to myself, “Pfft, amateurs.” I’m a technician. I build and program slot machines for a living. Screws? That’s light work. WRONG. Whoever designed this handle clearly moonlights as a chaos gremlin. The holes in the door are so big, the provided screws just fall right through like coins in a vending machine that rejects all forms of payment. I tried multiple screws and each one disappeared into the door’s inner void, never to be seen again. Bottom line: unless you enjoy existential crises with your appliances, pass on this. ... show more

I can't speak to the functionality yet as I've only had it for one day, and the cooler itself is very attractive (hence the 2 stars), but be very wary here of a couple of things: 1, when they say 31 standard bottles, they mean standard BORDEAUX bottle. Most bottles in America, i.e. California wines, Shiraz, Zinfandel, almost anything BESIDES Bordeaux, will not fit snugly, so the most you will be able to store per shelf is 4 bottles, which drops the capacity down to about 25 bottles. Again, I can't emphasize this enough, you will NOT get that 31 bottle capacity if you try to store anything else besides thin Bordeaux bottles. Additionally, when I used the Amazon AI to ask about the warranty period, it said seven years. After I ordered, the company indicated it was only a one-year warranty. Bottom line, if you're looking for a wine cooler with a 7-year warranty that holds 31 bottles, this ain't it. Do not hope that you'll get a better result, or I'm mistaken, I promise you you won't and I'm not. See pictures. The bottles have to perfectly fit next to each other in order to squeeze in 5 bottles per shelf, and they clearly don't, note the pic of the two bottles where one is slightly not straight -- that's all it takes to not be able to fit 5. Not sure there are any 15" wide coolers out there that does have those specs (5 per shelf and longer warranty), but regardless, there is a bit of deception at play here by Luztolent. ... show more
