I have bought 5 of these. FIVE. All five have either not charged from the start, or have blown out after the first use. I’ve tried changing chargers, equipment, and everything under the sun, but they simply don’t work. What a garbage product!

Battery worked great but will not charge with the Greenworks charger it claims it is compatible with. It could be an issue with the Greenworks charger not accepting non-OEM batteries, but the listing claims it to be compatible which is why I purchased this product in the first place.     • Don't Buy! Doesn't recharge!
As the other recent reviews, this battery will not recharge. Because it was just the start of mowing season, the first time I used it, was outside the 30 day window. Thank goodness for Amazon standing behind customers and their service, because the company itself gave none. JUNK! Don't purchase!

You are really taking a chance purchasing this battery for an electric lawnmower. This battery only lasted 65 days. Can’t return it because it’s past 30 days. Do not buy.

    • The battery is defective and needs to be returned
New battery was put on the charger. After 24 hours the 2 lights on the charger showed red. the left one solid and the right one blinking. The instruction book for the charger showed the battery was defective. I need to have a replacement. Lee H. Baker
