After the recent CA fires, I wanted a safe place for my important documents. I’m very pleased with this decent sized waterproof and fireproof safe. It feels well made- solid and secure, but it’s light enough to carry because it isn’t very large. There’s a secret hidden key slot for opening if you don’t want to set a combination code. I had it delivered yesterday. Upon unpacking I have determined that this box is NOT fireproof at all and this is clearly false advertising. I'm needed a safe to lock up coin and paper money collections and they will simply burn up inside one of these. the second issue is that the instructions are absolutely lousy. Now I'm debating to repack this imposter and search for a true fireproof safe to store my valuables in. Until then, this safe is a total fraud. ... show more
