Needed a large bag for holding larger-sized jars and bottles for traveling, that wouldn't leak into my luggage if one of the containers failed. This BAFAMYE 5L Travel Makeup Bag seemed to fit the bill, so I thought I'd give it a try. It looked like a sturdy, stand-alone bag, so I was surprised to find it squished flat when it arrived. It took some doing to get it puffed back up & functional, but I managed to make it work. What I like: ~ Large-capacity ~ Leak-resistant plastic lining ~ Mesh brush pouches in lid w/protective cover ~ Removable compartment divider ~ Attractive shimmery pink fabric exterior w/gleaming gold zipper What could be better: ~ I understand that shipping it flat is space-saving and greener, but the plastic lining on the interior doesn't recover its shape as easily as a pure fabric bag would. Not a deal-breaker for me, but worth mentioning. ~ The zipper can be a bit tricky and seems to randomly catch in places. This may work itself out in time, but it's a bit annoying at first. Regardless of the above issues, this BAFAMYE 5L Travel Makeup Bag is an attractive addition to my luggage and it holds quite a bit. It appears well-constructed and should last for quite awhile with normal use.

I ordered the BAFAMYE Travel Makeup Bag, Portable Cosmetic Bag for Women because I was looking for a well-organized tote with plenty of room for storage. I can tell this bag would be excellent for makeup storage, but I actually ordered it because I was looking for a tote to carry my journaling supplies. The BAFAMYE travel bag is well-thought-out with different sections to store different sized products. The tote I received measures about 10” x 6” x 4.5”. It is made of a pink, quilted fabric and shaped like a train case, with soft walls and a soft handle on the top for carrying. This came with a padded “wall” with Velcro at both ends. The sal3 page calls this a “baffle”. You can install it in the middle of the large compartment with the Velcro, creating two compartments. Or you can leave it out for one large space. I found the wall or divider very useful. I used it to divide the main large compartment in half, storing Washi tape on one side and stickers on the other side. The top of the case has a strong, golden colored zipper. It opens up the whole bag and the zipper coordinates with the golden tag on the front with the logo BAFAMYE. The top has four separate compartments for storage. As I mentioned before, I am using this bag to store journaling supplies instead of beauty supplies. The sales page shows these compartments being filled with makeup brushes. I filled mine with markers, scissors, and a glue dot dispenser. The case is compact, but has a lot of room for storage. It would fit easily into the corner of a larger suitcase, or the bag can be carried by its own handle. The bag has a sort of old-school aesthetic, resembling a train case or a rectangular, hard-sided pocketbook from the 1960s, though this case is soft and flexible. I’m a pink girl, so I liked the color scheme of pink, black, and gold. Pink is the primary color of this bag. The black and gold are just the zipper and the small plate on the front of the bag with the manufacturer’s logo. This is a great portable storage bag for makeup or anything else. I stuffed mine full of journaling supplies, it holds quite a bit. Pink quilted soft case is well-organized for storage needs. The bag can be arranged with one large or two smaller compartments for storage. The lid has four additional storage compartments. Great for makeup or other supplies.
