I can't use it for what I got it for but I'll definitely use it for another project. It came vacuum sealed and after laying it out for a day most of the folds relaxed out, the fabric is stretchy and thin, as lace tends to be but structurally it's stable (for stretch) and I think there would be no issues with using it in a project where stretch lace can be used. My only grief with it is there is a soft, short velvet like nap on one side that sheds. ... show more

I used this fabric to complete a gothic lamp I’ve been working on and it’s perfect! Nice quality (I’d love if the velvet flocking was a little more dense for my purpose but most people probably aren’t shining a light directly through it, lol) but it’s still quite good! Easy to work with, doesn’t leave bits of flocking everywhere, cuts nicely and isn’t messy to deal with. Stiff enough to hold shape if you need it to, but still soft and pliable. I should have starched it for my project but didn’t think of it until later. Would be a beautiful as a gown overlay or gothic veil! Overall, I’m very happy with it and I’m considering buying more to use as window dressings in the same room! ... show more
