Most of my office staff bring their lunches to work and there is always a line at the microwave at lunch time. I purchased several of these as Christmas gifts. The staff keep saying how convenient it is and how it tastes better than heating their food in the microwave. We also have a couple at hime.we use when we go out fishing. It is great to have a hot lunch especially on a cold day on the water.

My wife suggested I buy this so I can have hot meals at work during the winter time.I work in the electronic security industry so I work in various locations,many of them under construction so I don't always have access to a microwave to heat up the leftovers I bring for lunch. During the summer here it's really hot so I can just leave the leftovers on the dash by the windshield & they get plenty hot by the time lunchtime rolls around. The fall & winter that doesn't work so well. This lunch box food heater works very well using the 12v adaptor into the outlet in my van & I've also used the 110v plug with the power inverter in my van. I've only used it 4 times so far all with leftover meat like chicken,roast & beef rib meat.I always wrap them in foil so they don't sear to the pan.You do have to check on it to flip over the foil pouch so the other side gets heated as well.It does heat up fairly quickly so after 30-40 min. the meat is heated pretty well.I also wrap up flour tortillas & heat them up as well.So far I haven't tried it with soup or stew or a pasta dish but I assume it will work just as well with those. The product seems to be fairly well made but I fell I have to be careful with the snaps,they just seem like they may break if you're not careful snapping them on. The lid does snap tightly so I'm assuming if I load it with a more liquid meal it won't spill out.Overall I'm happy with the product in the short time I've used it & showed it to a co-worker who is now going to order one as well. Even the spoon & fork that come with it feel nice & sturdy,they're just a bit smaller that full sized utensils. For the price you really can't beat it & I would recommend it for anyone looking for something like this.

My husband works in construction and is never really on the same job site each day. He was getting tired of eating cold lunches/ sandwiches so we tried this product. All as I can say is you get what you pay for. For $25, it did work for a few months. He was able to have warm lunches, they just took awhile to heat up. The plug was finicky and sometimes would turn on and off while it was heating. If something got wiggled loose. It seemed some vehicles powered it better than others. He put up with it for a few months but it wasn't worth the headache so he stopped using it.

I bought it on June 11, 2024. My husband is a truck driver and he was complaining for a while that he was eating the food cold. Since I got him this amazing food warmer he is the most happy man. The lids broke easily but he still use it like that. He says that when the food is warm, the whole truck smells like food. He says that the temperature of the food is perfect. He is in love with it and he doesn't have to eat his food cold anymore. Today is 11/18/2024 and my husband told me that it stopped working. We are disappointed.
