It has been working great since we got it. It even cools lower than the manufacturer claimed, as low as -18F to -20F according to the thermometer included in the unit. I've also noticed the items feel much colder. The low temperature was the main reason I got this unit and it did not disappoint.

We live off-grid and have to be as energy efficient, as possible. I was skeptical, when it claimed to draw less that 1000 Watt hours, per day, but so far, it's been closer to 800 Wh. So impressed! Plenty of room for everything we like to stock up on, whenever we go to town, which is a 100 mile round trip, unless we go to the warehouse club, which is over 250 miles. The freezer seems to be working fine, but it arrived with a few significant dents in it (see photos). I don't think any of the dents will cause any issues with the cooling or insulation, but I really don't like that I spent as much as I did on this freezer for it to arrive damaged.

Has a dent by the motor and not sure it's going to run properly... for 850 it should be guaranteed a safe delivery and not be damaged I have lots of meat going into this and I hope it doesnt stop working and I loose all my hunting game!!!

Arrived sooner than expected. It is even better than I thought it would be. Be warned though, it comes on a pallet which made it way too tall to fit through the garage door. We had to dismantle the pallet in order for it to be moved. It got cold very quickly.
