Description
High speed, excellent thrust and turbo-like sound EDF uses high-strength and high-toughness plastic materials. No additional reinforcement is required. It is not easy to cause resonance. The combination of high-precision mold manufacturing and advanced injection molding technology ensures the consistency of the fan blades and makes it easier to achieve dynamic balance. Keep a distance of 0.5mm between the blade and the shell to ensure excellent performance. High-efficiency motor thrust, combined with the optimized design of EDF and blades, can reach 3400g when powered by lithium batteries. The streamlined design combined with CFD simulation analysis can effectively reduce noise and make the sound effect during high-speed operation more realistic. The special design of the radius and curvature of the front edge of the EDF ensures sufficient air intake. The blades are well matched with the deflector, so that the high-speed spiral airflow is discharged smoothly, and the loss of air flow energy is minimized.
