This is a pretty good set of over 500 computer-building screws and hardware from Kernmax. I've built my own PCs for decades now but recently received a pre-built computer that didn't come with the typical screw assortment that comes with a computer case. This kit includes every type of screw I need and then some. I like that the kit includes enough thumb screws to outfit a complete case, if you should find yourself with a lower tier case without them. This set is all in black, which can match a black PC interior nicely compared to the assortment of silver, brass, and other colors you might have collected over the years. The plastic case that holds all these parts is well organized with dividers and labels on the lid. The case has a plastic clasp mechanism and was secured with additional pieces of tape to prevent spilling. The "motherboard insulation gaskets" label is incorrect as these are non-insulating, flat metal washers, which I've used when installing my CPU AIO cooler's radiator in the long screw mounting slots of my case. I would also note that the motherboard standoffs included are a single length and the mounting height can differ depending on each design. In general, close is probably good enough with motherboard standoff height but that's one area I'd advise to use what comes with a case if possible.

First, this arrived in a nice and well labeled tray package that keeps all the different screws, stand offs, and washers organized for ease of access and use. It was in perfect shape. Most computer cases are black these days, and this is perfect for building computers in those cases, and also white cases (or other colors) if you like the contrast. These screws, stand offs (used to keep the motherboard raised from where it mounts on the computer case), and washers are exactly like the ones included with the case. I am always dropping them and if they bounce on the floor they just seem to disappear. This kit is great to have so I do not have to worry about not having the screws I need to finish a computer build properly because I dropped one or some were missing from the case. I still have a lot of silver screws from older computer cases, but they are not used much now and the black ones match modern computer cases much better. I have no cons for this kit. You get a lot of screws, stand offs, and washers for a great price. If you are a computer builder this is an extremely useful item to have on your work bench.

This set of screws are the ones I see most often used in computer cases of various sizes (ATX, micro ATX, etc.). I have built many computers over the last 25 years or so, and these are the screws that come with the case and are used for virtually everything in it. There are standoff posts for the motherboard, and thumbscrews to fasten the sides of the case as well. The screws with the coarse threads are typically used to mount fans to the case. They self-tap threads into the plastic holes in the fans. The only other screws you may need are the ity-bity screws used for NVME drives, which generally come with cases and motherboards that support NVME drives. You can typically get a set of these very small screws for just a few dollars to mount your NVME drives. This set is nicely organized. It includes nylon washers, which can be used with power supply mounting screws to help quiet the power supply fan (reduce vibration transmitted to the case). This is a very reasonably priced set, and if you like to build your own computers, I recommend it.

I'm always losing screws for my computer parts because i usually put the extra ones i don't need right away and forget where i put them at when i need them so i saw this assortment kit, And i love the label it has which is easy to read and shows all the sizes of them so you know which one is which and the plastic case is nice and thin and sturdy which keeps all the screws in one place when you go to it. The black oxide coating steel of all the screws is much better than what computer parts come with and for sure will be hard to cross thread them because they go in much smoother with the threads they have and they can be handy to have around for other projects also. Really not much else to say other then this a a solid assortment screw kit that is very handy to have around and at the current price you can't go wrong because it's a great deal, So i do recommend it and gets a solid 5 stars from me👍
