Features

  • All Axis Feature Linear Rails and Ball Screws: Our 5050 engraving machine is equipped with dual HG-H15 linear rails and ball screws on all axis, enhancing efficiency and precision while maintaining high speed, stability, and rigidity
  • 710W Powerful Trimming Spindle: This CNC router is equipped with an upgraded 710W high-power carving spindle, reaching a maximum speed of 30,000 RPM, enabling efficient cutting and engraving on a variety of materials, including wood, acrylic, and aluminum
  • Modular Design: The pre-assembled modular structure allows for setup in just 20 minutes, requiring only a few simple assembly steps and electrical connections before starting your project. A detailed assembly and wiring video is provided in the link, significantly simplifying the process and reducing setup time
  • 57mm Large Stepper Motors: Equipped with four NEMA 17 stepper motors, 2.5A current, and 1.2N.M torque, delivering efficient and precise performance
  • Touchscreen Offline Controller: Equipped with a 4.3-inch touch screen, making the engraving machine operation more intuitive, convenient, and easy to get started
  • Spacious Engraving Area: Offers a generous 500 x 500 x 110mm (19.7 x 19.7 x 4.33 inches) workspace, making it easy to handle medium projects
  • Expansion Functions: Based on the open-source FluidNC v3.8.4, it features a replaceable dual-core 32-bit driver chip with Wi-Fi support. It offers a wide range of expansion capabilities, including NEMA 23 stepper motors, laser output interface, VFD spindle control interface, and support for water-cooled spindles
  • Routine Maintenance Tips: Check Coupling Screws: Regularly inspect the set screws on the couplings of all three axes for looseness, and tighten them promptly if needed. Lubrication & Cleanliness: Ensure the linear rails and ball screws on all three axes are properly lubricated. If dry, apply a small amount of appropriate lubricant, and wipe the surfaces clean of dust or debris. Clear the Work Area: Check the worktable for any obstructions that might interfere with the Y-axis movement. Foreign objects can trigger alarms and cause axis misalignment, affecting machining accuracy. Performing these checks regularly will help maintain your machines stability, precision, and long-term performance
  • Friendly Reminder: Our machine is factory-set to 110V. If using 220V mains, first switch the Power Switch (see control box diagram on main product image) to 220V before powering onthis protects the control box. The included router spindle is 110V only. For safety, we strongly recommend using a step-down transformer to convert your 220V mains power to 110V before connecting either the control box or the spindle

  • Axiscreat 5050 CNC Machine — Precision That Pays Off
Style: 5050
Using the Axiscreat 5050 CNC Machine has felt like stepping into a higher tier of hobby‑to‑pro fabrication, and what impressed me most right away was how well its design choices translate into real‑world performance. The linear rails and ball screws on all three axes give the machine a smooth, rigid motion profile that noticeably improves precision and repeatability. This is my first CNC style router, and looks like it is going to replace my router table and drill press for many of my woodworking and metalworking projects in the coming years. Setup was easy, customer service responded withing a day or two for the 2 questions I had during setup, and the machine is whirring along happily now. I have a lot of Maori designs I want carved into the Ipe wood around my Waikiki home, and I'm working on the Candle app files now. Thanks guys! Edit: The M8 x 1.25 threaded "dog" holes in the threaded grid plate for high-precision metalworking clamps on this machine is an excelent design addition that doesn't seem to be touted on the product description. Provide significantly more holding force than the woodworking versions that rely on friction in a 3/4" dog hole. Excellent machine for woodworking or industrial metalworking. I'm setting this up with a 3/4 in. x 4 ft. x 8 ft. Melamine White Particleboard Panel bottom with guides on sawhorses to run my 0.75" x 6" x 8' Ipe boards through for pattern profiles before installing - get some Maori tatoo styles inlaid! Also utilizing Destaco 235-UR, Destaco 2010-U & Destaco 210-S clamps in the setup as Ipe is 3 times more dense than oak, and isn't uniform like metal so solid clamping is required. ... show more
