I ordered this to replace the PSU in my HP 8100 desktop. The only thing I've done before that necessitated me opening any computer case was installing additional memory in a couple of computers some years ago. I decided to try this after watching a couple Youtube videos, as it looked pretty simple....and it actually was. It took me about15 minutes start to finish. The fan grate was bent in, and the plastic of the fan behind it was cracked. There are also various scratches and other wear marks. The box it came in said "New" on it twice. Clearly, it is not.
