I used the instructions for the floor and arches only. The brackets saved quite a few dollars over buying pre made trusses. I also put everything on 16" center. I built traditional top and bottom plate for the gable end walls and but the door in the side wall. 7/16 osb sheathing and 3/8 LP smart side skin. Shingles and shelving left to finish.     • Good brackets + shed plans = Winner
The included template for marking angled cuts means the brackets fit well. One sometimes has to trim the end of the 2x4 (the narrow angle cut) because of the foldover tabs, but that's fine. I wanted a different sized shed than the included plans but I contacted Customer Service and they sent the germane page of plans for the other size. I wanted 6' x 12', and their plans were 7' x 14'. They sent the diagram for the 6' wide ribs for the shed, the critical measurement being the roof rafter pieces. You simply adjust the vertical studs to the length for the height of the shed you want. The other measurements could either be worked out even by me, or were not critical measurements (such as the cross members tying the opposite sides of the rafters together). ... show more

They really need to print a larger manual, I had to either whip out my iPhone and enable the camera function to zoom in on the teeny tiny text or reach for my ultra large magnifying glass of which I used to sit at the end of my driveway circa 1972 / 1973 and fry ants and other gross insects with. Yeah, bigger instructions, and unfortunately the thin metal brackets will require some shaving down on some of the wood in order to fit in the intended joint, a little too under the 1.5” dimension. ... show more

I ordered this product because it comes with materials list and a how to with the caviot that you could contact support to get plans for different sizes that weren't listed. I contacted them and they will not proved the plans and stated I would have to make my own adjustments. Good product but support wasn't what I expected per what I read about ... show more
