We get a lot of severe winds and if you grow you must prepare, And through the years I've built a lot of wind barriers, some work well and some not so much, But what they all did was take up a lot of time and money. But with this fabric wall just pound a wire fence post up every 46", Comes with zip ties to tie it to posts, I used metal twist ties instead so I can remove and reuse instead of cut and replace, then rip a couple of sheets of OSB the long way and tuck between fence and posts, then some five foot rebar stakes in front of OSB, then a tent stake in every eye hole on the ground and you're done, It has taken up to fifty mph winds so far without any problems, But we get seventy to ninety mph windstorms at least a couple of times a year, so we'll see. Oh ya' it looks pretty nice also.

Because of the size I ordered, I was expecting to receive a bigger heavy package. But when it arrived, what I got was a folded up manageable bundle of lightweight material. The material on the privacy screen is pretty thin and stretchy, but despite that it isn't see-through. This worked out well for me because part of the chain-link fence that I was installing it on was on a slight hill. To compensate for this, I had to leave some sections a bit looser and some pulled a bit tighter to get it to lay flat. Installing the screen was pretty easy with the included zip-ties. However, between a few months of sun and some wind, most of the zip ties eventually broke. I've since replaced them with some zip ties that are hopefully better, but if that doesn't work, I'll have to do it again using wire. But that said, I'm glad it was the zip ties that gave way and not the privacy screen itself. So far it has been holding up pretty good. Overall, the result looks pretty good for what it is. The color has faded a bit, but I'm OK with that since it actually blends a little better with the surroundings.

I have a couple of places on our patios that I want privacy and sun screening. While I could have ordered some panels to custom length (5x7), I also wanted to frame them, top & bottom, with some coffee-bean painted 1x2's. So I got this standard sized (5x50) screen, cut it to length & that met my needs perfectly. The screen has a nice brown color, it appears strong and weather-resistant, the binding and grommets look really sturdy and the 10% light transmission is just what I wanted. My main observation is that while working with it, my fingers stained brown but as far as I can tell, after being in the sun and weather for a few weeks, it hasn't bled color onto the patio, so I think all's good. A second observation is that the screen, when it arrived, had a large amount of wrinkling in the fabric. The good news was that after hanging for a week or two, that wrinkling has largely gone away. Nice screen, very well made, it seems like it will last a good long while.

Seems to be a good product: - Made of durable material. - Seems to be pretty easy to install. - Material is dark enough for good privacy. - Plenty of length (50 feet long). Originally got this for ourselves but since our fence is 4 feet tall (screen is 5 feet tall), we give this to someone with a 5 foot fence and a couple of mainly outside dogs that sometimes bark. Good product and recommended.

I live on a now very busy street (wasnt always like this) with just your standard chain link fence. The entire front yard is exposed and it makes it hard to enjoy nature and peace of mind when there are so many people zooming all over the place. This Privacy Screen gives me just a little more peace because I know random people cant gawk anymore (we're the only yard with grass and flowers, too). Extremely easy to install. Comes with enought zip ties, BUT, I bought some more (100 for about 5 dollars) only because its been crazy windy all year and I wanted to add more security. Very sturdy - has stood up to extreme winds, rain, and hail. I dont see any signs of wear. The color is ideal because its a muted color, doesnt draw any attention, and if/when it fades, it will still look good. Highly recommend for a bit of decency.

I used this not completely what it is intended for, but it works great. It isn't see-through unless you put your eye right up to it and then can barely see through it. I stretched this between two 4x4 posts on my deck to create a privacy fence, but mainly to block the sun. The grommets are great and nice that they are reinforced where they are placed. It may not hold up to winter weather (It might since some wind can go through it a little), but since it is 50' I can just cut another length if needed next Spring.
