This DoubleFill brand welding rod storage rack set has me scratching my head. While the overall design and materials are of decent quality, the one size storage tube's are inconvenient. You have to remove the entire tube, dump out the contents in order to get the shorter length rods. A simple fix would be to offer a mixed-size set of rod containers, with shorter containers for sort rods or partially consumed rods.

Looks good and works well. Like that the tubes have the three-sectional dividers in them so i can keep different sizes of the same rod in one tube. Only wish the tubes came in different colors - not a big deal.

Great quality setup! The 4 tubes are just the right amount for me. Each of the four tubes is about 1.5" across and divided into three sections with a plastic piece in the top of the bottom half; the tubes' height is ~39.5" inside, 40" outside, plenty to hold modest quantities of TIG fill wire. The bracket is stout, about 14.5GA (5/64") with 4 mounting holes, one in each corner, already drilled. The tubes are two piece with a flat o-ring (rubber/ish) and a sealing ring between the two halves that are compressed by twisting closed with their broad thread. It's a very nice system. I mounted it securely and quickly used the features to organize my collection of TIG rod along with some brass rod and tube and a few other items. This sure beats the long cardboard boxes I'd been using, and it think this system will last quite a while -- sturdy tubes and holder -- and it will continue to help organize and protect my stock!
