I love the photo frames but I just opened the boxes today (which the individual boxes were tightly wrapped and taped together) for my wedding happening next week and unfortunately one of the glass panels has broken. Not sure if that happened before or after shipping since the broken panel was in the middle of the bundle of boxes, but hoping the sender might be able to ship a replacement in time since these are really cool frames. I purchased these frames for my wedding signs. As I was removing one of the springs to replace the stock paper with my sign, the spring jumped straight into my eye. Of course, now, I view the listing to see a warning on the 3rd image to “block it with your hand to prevent it from popping out and hurting you”. It baffles me that a product is being sold that can be so dangerous, that you need to use your hand for protection! This is required for every single person that purchases these frames to do or you’ll end up at the ophthalmologist paying out of pocket for the visit, medication to treat it, and out of work for days. I haven’t been able to look at any light for the past three days without experiencing major pain, my eye is swollen and vision is completely blurry. This product should be taken down immediately! Don’t risk your vision for picture frames. There are many other options out there that don’t require your hand to protect yourself. ... show more

We used them for the table numbers, put pictures int he frame of my daughter and son in law. so, table 1 was a picture of daughter and son-in-law at age 1. Everyone loved that pictures. These frames are absolutely gorgeous, but they are very delicate, and one was even broken when received. Several using at my weeding, several others have broke.

    • Dangerous, Glass everywhere, will not be repurchasing
Purchased multiple sets of the frames for my upcoming wedding. While the frames look good, they are not great quality at all. The springs are dangerous and the frames come with zero instructions on how to set them up, and above all else, every single frame has tiny glass shards in the bubble wrap bag they come in within the box. Not to mention, every time you remove one of the metal spring pieces that hold in the glass, the spring is scraping against the glass causing a large amount of tiny glass shards to scrape off of the glass frame pieces. I am now covered in small cuts and scrapes from the glass, as well as covered head to toe in glass shards on my clothing. I am disappointed to say the least, considering the price of these frames is not cheap. I would not repurchase these frames and the only reason I am not returning is because it is too close of a time frame to wait to repurchase new ones and for them to come in the mail. Great item, I've ordered these multiple times. Just beware that they sometimes arrive broken and have to be exchanged so make sure you have time to wait for replacements. Otherwise I love and will continue to buy these.
