Punchline: These didn't hurt my feelings on value and will likely be my go-to discs for light work. Would recommend some of the time. Story Time: These discs are indestructible in the same way that some engines are touted as oil-change free, lightly abused, they should hold up for a while before leaving a mess in the bed at an inconvenient time I took the first disc to finish up a plunge cut I had started with an abrasive disc in 6x6x3/8 angle iron. It didn't like it. I gave it a proper hot supper until my 10 year old chi electric 4.5 amp grinder from HF let out the smoke. Good times. I popped a fresh one in a new 8 amp grinder and gave it wah. It wanted to do the job, but I didn't want to wait all day to get it done so I gave up and used a cermet blade in the skilsaw instead. Then I discover where this really was convenient. It did excellent at finishing inside corners and also functioned as a great grinder for chamfers, radiuses, and knocking mill-scale and light rust off. Other Notes: - Given this set as part of vine. - Compared to similar, at the time of review the value (price) looks to be on par. - The description of the set is a mix of creative writing and photoshop, but the product seems to work in an infomercial kind of way. - It arrived undamaged and in the correct amount of packaging - I've had this for a short time. - Got this set to use for it's intended purpose and to have on hand as I'm an amateur at making & repairing stuff. - Would recommend to those who are constantly breaking their last cutoff wheel just after the hardware store closes or those that need it for narrow cuts in lighter materials.

These are great blades at a great price. Given the $19 price at the time of this review, minus an 8% coupon ($1.52), the actual price is $17.47 for five ‒ only $3.49 each. They are very versatile. While I ordinarily lean toward running every diamond blade with water as a lubricant, I worry about the danger of combining electricity and water. Plus, its a hassle to hook up and stabilize some kind of water source, and it's difficult to make the water contact the blade but not the saw. With these its not worth worrying about. Run it dry. It's fast, easy and safe. When a blade wears out, toss it and move on to another.

I used one of these diamond cut off wheels to make several cuts through 1/2" steel rebar. It cut through the rebar very quickly and with less sparking that a normal abrasive wheel would make. The cut was very thin. I was able to chamfer the sharp cut edges of the bar on the fly in just a few seconds, which is super convenient. The last cut seemed to go just as fast as the first, so I'm optimistic that these will have a long lifetime.

The wheels are a good option for cutting brittle material (glass, tile, ceramic) with your angle grinder. The wheel is only 3.5mm wide, so you can get a fairly thin slot in something. The diamond granules are fairly coarse, so you can cut pretty quickly in materials like PVC. I did get a little bit of side-to-side vibration which made the slot I was cutting a bit wider in one spot.
