Aside from the lint that was blocking the charge port, it's a really good phone and I'm more than happy with it. I didn't see that it had bad reviews until after I bought it and that made me a little scared, but I had absolutely no problem setting up my Gmail and Sim card.     • Problematic
I first received this phone and it kept shutting off. Possible battery defect. I ordered a replacement which I had to pay again for because there is no exchange option. This one was working fine until the front screen started hanging off. Yet again I ordered another one which came and was clearly thicker than the last. When I went to put it in my phone case, I noticed the entire back was not sealed. Same problem on two different phones. I am returning the latest one and I'm just going to pay a cell phone repair company to seal the second one rather than having to go through the data transfer process again. Other than the glue(?) problem, phone works great and I like it. Would not recommend purchasing from Amazon renewed however because both times I had to purchase the phone again and wait almost 2 weeks for the return money to be credited. I am currently waiting again for the return to be credited to my account for the third phone. ... show more
