Product description says "Dimensions: 8” x 6.5” x 2.7”". They are not. The actual usable space is 6 and 15/16" X 4 and 15/16" X 2" depth. Even the overall dimension of the glass with lip included is only 7.75 X 5.75 x 2.5". These are nowhere near big enough to carry an average lunch with something like some chicken and a veggie. I used these for meal prep, but their first real test came when I took them camping. I loaded them up with pasta salads and random food to stack in the cooler for camping. Having all the same size containers made packing very easy. After a few days a lot of the ice had melted and the bottom third of the cooler was all ice. These were submerged for multiple days in super cold water. Not a drop of water squeezed it's way in into any of my food, despite kid hands going in and out of the cooler to help themselves to snacks and moving things all around to find their stuff. ... show more

I’ve been wanting to switch from plastic Tupperware to glass. I read the review and decided to go with this company and glass containers. They seem sturdy, the lid works nice and easy to snap on and off. I’m hoping they last a long time. So far so good. I thought they be bigger but guess this is what correct proportion looks like. This item had a few lukewarm reviews, but for someone new to meal prepping, this was literally exactly what I was looking for. The containers snap totally shut, they're microwaveable, they clean easily; if you're looking to do meal prep, this is the item you want.

I recently found out that I have high levels of estrogen in my system and need to stay away from any plastic containers. I found these and love them! They wash up really well in the dishwasher - EVEN with red sauces. I will be ordering more since I'll be prep cooking a lot more! Great for freezing and reheating too! ... show more
