I love the flavor of Gallberry honey, the bees travel, so there is a little bit of other honey in this honey, I can taste the Gallberry in this honey. This is pure southern honey from Dupont Georgia raw & unfiltered. I serve it on plain 5% fat Fage' yogurt with organic Ceylon cinnamon & my homemade canned organic citrus peels (I don't remove the pith, this adds extra nutrients) in a simple syrup every weekday morning for breakfast. I was never a fan of honey but decided to start going more natural in my diet. I started using honey in my coffee. It was ok but I was buying honey from Walmart.
