I love the flavor of Gallberry honey, the bees travel, so there is a little bit of other honey in this honey, I can taste the Gallberry in this honey. This is pure southern honey from Dupont Georgia raw & unfiltered. I serve it on plain 5% fat Fage' yogurt with organic Ceylon cinnamon & my homemade canned organic citrus peels (I don't remove the pith, this adds extra nutrients) in a simple syrup every weekday morning for breakfast. This is a great start to our weekday mornings❣💯% delicious honey 🍯 ❣ If you have a garden, plant Gallberry, it's also good to help sustain healthy bees 🐝 ❣ I buy 2 bottles at a time when I buy this honey. I was never a fan of honey but decided to start going more natural in my diet. I started using honey in my coffee. It was ok but I was buying honey from Walmart. I decided to try this and I have now bought 3 jugs and my mom has as well. It is perfect in my coffee and makes my honey onion cough syrup soooo much better. Highly recommend this honey!
