This bed is not too soft and it’s not too hard. My kids who sleep on this bed love it. They always fall asleep soundly that I’ve never had a problem. We’ll buy again. I can’t vouch for sleeping on it because I’m too big for it however I have laid on it and it helped me and I weigh 250 pounds.

Best purchase I've ever made! I personally have never bought a bed in a box before and some if these reviews scared me a bit. I'm a big girl so I needed something that was thick enough to be comfortable unlike the 6in I had previously. I was so happy that the matress expanded to the full 10in! And it is so comfortable! This bed is really in the goldilock zone between soft and supportive! It arrived almost a week before the original delivery estimate. The box and bed arrived in perfect shape. I originally bought this mattress because I wanted to cut 6 inches off of it to fit it in a tight space and it ended up being the most perfect mattress. I got the thickest one and man it was perfect. I put it on top of a piece of ply wood for a year and it was the comfiest (and cheapest). I will say if you’re old or have back problems probably don’t buy this mattress but you already know that lol ... show more

Got this bed a few months ago. When I first put it up I got great sleep for a few weeks, but over time I started to notice that the bed isn’t as soft as it was when I first started using it. It’s not a bad bed by any means, but definitely for someone who prefers a medium/stiff type feel. I still think it’ll be fine for me to keep long term if I get a cheap pillow too. Here’s the positives! I have it on a metal frame and you do NOT feel the bars through the bed, it is plenty thick and quality in that respect. I did NOT notice any weird smells, nor did I have an issue with that weird fiberglass looking stuff you get on some mattresses. I was very happy about that. It expanded within about 5 hours, I was able to sleep on it the same day I opened it. I never notice sinking or anything of that nature unless I’m sitting UP, and on the edge of the bed for a long period of time. Never enough to feel the bars under my bed tho. Personally wouldn’t buy it again for ME, but it was a great quality for the price. If you are looking for a medium to firm bed, this would probably be a great choice. ... show more

Bought this for my 8 year old daughter, upgrading to a full from a twin. We got the 10 inch, and are very impressed and happy with it. She loves it. I (6’3, 260lb man) have slept on it multiple times myself and I think it’s pretty comfortable as well. I was skeptical at first, but it is actually really nice. Very happy with the purchase and price. We have it set up on a frame, no box spring. It works and feels great, I’ve had some back issues and sciatic issues lately, and I can actually get comfortable in this bed for a change. I liked the price and it should have cost way more . It has no smell , it is firm yet giving , i sleep well , it cradles the body well . I have a really bad back with a lot of disk problems accompanied with sciatica pain with this mattress I havent had a back ache in months . There is no worry of sink hole and i do not sink .
