Best purchase I've ever made! I personally have never bought a bed in a box before and some if these reviews scared me a bit. I'm a big girl so I needed something that was thick enough to be comfortable unlike the 6in I had previously. I was so happy that the matress expanded to the full 10in! And it is so comfortable! This bed is really in the goldilock zone between soft and supportive! It arrived almost a week before the original delivery estimate. The box and bed arrived in perfect shape. Got this bed a few months ago. When I first put it up I got great sleep for a few weeks, but over time I started to notice that the bed isn’t as soft as it was when I first started using it. It’s not a bad bed by any means, but definitely for someone who prefers a medium/stiff type feel. I still think it’ll be fine for me to keep long term if I get a cheap pillow too. Here’s the positives! I have it on a metal frame and you do NOT feel the bars through the bed, it is plenty thick and quality in that respect. I did NOT notice any weird smells, nor did I have an issue with that weird fiberglass looking stuff you get on some mattresses. I was very happy about that. It expanded within about 5 hours, I was able to sleep on it the same day I opened it. I never notice sinking or anything of that nature unless I’m sitting UP, and on the edge of the bed for a long period of time. Never enough to feel the bars under my bed tho. Personally wouldn’t buy it again for ME, but it was a great quality for the price. If you are looking for a medium to firm bed, this would probably be a great choice. ... show more

I order the 5 inch mattress. It's definitely not 5 inches. It's very thin. I thought I needed to wait a few days for it to fully raise but it stayed the same. I requested a refund but I have to pay for shipping. not worth buying

The bed itself if actually pretty comfortable. I am a side sleeper and this definitely supports in the correct places for that. My only issue is after a month the corners are still not as high as the rest of the mattress. It makes it easy for the sheet to slip off which can be quite annoying.
