Do not buy this. You can't install anything because there's no room in the phone memory. The battery drains just having it turned on. Email doesn't work and since its a black market emulator you're nuts to buy this. It has a dual SIM phone and you can't use it for safelink - which i bought it for and Mint Mobile can't use it. I bought this phone for a Christmas gift for my children back in October. Every since my children first turned this phone on it has been extremely slow. If I knew that I would have never purchased this item. The phones got delivered in a different town from where I live luckily my contact info was on the box. This is a bad phone overall, the camera is blurry, and even connected to wifi it buffer alot. I received this product and was very dissatisfied because it did not meet with my expectations. I tried installing the sim card only to find out that it was inserted all the way into the phone and had to pay $42.00 to get it out of the phone before I returned it to the company.
