I can't send this back, as it won't even let me erase anything on it, and I did have *some* moments that allowed me to start it up. The screen now stays on in dark mode, and even trying to power it off doesn't work. I've had so many good experiences with Motorola phones. Don't know if this tracphone is just bad news. I really wish, with all my purchases through amazon, that I could get a refund, but I just can't return this piece of crap without my ability to wipe the phone first. ... show more

Same good product that Motorola usually puts out, BUT, this was the SLOWEST phone I have ever used! I broke my Galaxy Flip 7 and needed a decent (cheap) phone as a replacement until my next upgrade. But, it was so slow that I ended up paying it off so I could get an early upgrade @ with T-Mobile (for another 24 months! Smh I'm hard on phones... Lol ... show more
