    • False advertising at it's finest
Let me start by saying if I could give this purchase negative stars, I would. I bought the phone under the impression it is unlocked and it said is compatible with assurance wireless phones. It is not. Only ATT prepaid phones. It has a device unlock app on it and it said it's not eligible to unlock. Something about it being stolen or it was not finished being paid off. I don't know how to print the return label off my phone to take to UPS and because of surgery bc of being sexually assaulted, I can't drive, and am afraid to leave my home. I am now stuck with a phone I can't use. Now I had to buy a brand new phone though my phone company over the phone and bc they were out of this particular one, I had to upgrade to a 700$ phone. There went my savings, all bc of false advertising. I used to love Amazon. I've never been scammed to or lied to on here. But now I have. Buyer beware.     • Faulty charger included
Phone meets all my standard needs. But the Usb-c charger was non functional when plugged in to the phone, even after testing it with different power blocks. If I didn't have a compatible charger for a different device I wouldn't have a charger.

This phone does the very minimum to pass. You better have a lot of patience because you'll need it. Anything from typing to loading a picture takes incredibly slow to pop up. Videos are glitchy, your camera is the equivalent to one of those $20 kids cameras, and you can't even use some apps. Don't get me started on phone calls or texts. My texts won't always come in at the correct time, calls will show up as other people, it's all around awful. ... show more
