When it comes to reliability, tech specs is where it's at
This may not be the Cadillac of phones, but it's a workhorse. What caused me to go for it over competitors is the tech specs; this phone still has a headphone jack, has a decent camera, decent processor, and excellent RAM specs...6GB. It's impressive to find a phone with 6GB of RAM at this price point. Even if it's an older phone, because of the RAM it should be able to operate as designed for another few years, as long as it's not abused with inappropriate usage to cause it to be bogged down with malware/spyware. Phone heats up pretty fast when using, and has restarted on me out of no where.

I wouldn't buy again
Battery has never held a charge for an entire day. I get maybe 3-4 hours on a fully charged battery. Sometimes dies at 15%. iPhone users have to change their settings to receive my text messages.

I just want a phone
I bought this phone "refurbished" in July, 2022, only because T-Mobile demanded 5G phones. I think the phone was never used by any customer before me. Not a scratch; virgin box. It is larger than I would like, but it makes it easy to read and make texts. I am not a person who walks around like an idiot staring at his phone. This phone is cheap and adequate. Good value for the price. I've been very happy with the phone so far. I use my phone for a lot of things and it's been able to do everything I need it to do. Good photo and video quality as well.
