I bought this phone "refurbished" in July, 2022, only because T-Mobile demanded 5G phones. I think the phone was never used by any customer before me. Not a scratch; virgin box. It is larger than I would like, but it makes it easy to read and make texts. I am not a person who walks around like an idiot staring at his phone. This phone is cheap and adequate. This may not be the Cadillac of phones, but it's a workhorse. What caused me to go for it over competitors is the tech specs; this phone still has a headphone jack, has a decent camera, decent processor, and excellent RAM specs...6GB. It's impressive to find a phone with 6GB of RAM at this price point. Even if it's an older phone, because of the RAM it should be able to operate as designed for another few years, as long as it's not abused with inappropriate usage to cause it to be bogged down with malware/spyware. The battery is it's weekpoint. It lasts the day, but not much beyond that, depending on how MUCH you use it in the day. Overall, happy with it. ... show more

I am upgrading my Galaxy J7, that I have had since 2018, to this phone so to me it is a world of difference. MetroPCS has turned into a crap service with even worse costumer service so getting any decent deal from them is not gonna happen. So for the price of this phone and what it can do, it is very much worth it. I am extremely pleased that it is not filled with any adware like most phones are these days. This is a nice 128gb phone that does 5G and has a pretty darn good camera, the screen is nice, bright and clear. Call quality is as good as any. I don't want or need the latest and "greatest" $1000+ phone, I just wanted something that works and this one is spot on. I give it 5 stars. Update: after having it a few days I have determined the battery is crap. Charge to 100% overnight and at 20% by 10AM or about 4 hours off charge, that's not even using it, just carrying it. Changing that 5 star to a 2. Can't be too nice if'n ya can't use it. ... show more

Good value for the price. I've been very happy with the phone so far. I use my phone for a lot of things and it's been able to do everything I need it to do. Good photo and video quality as well. The phone itself is a very nice phone. It has a decent size screen, fingerprint reader, face recognition, and comes with a lot of storage space. Battery does charge super fast which is also nice. I bought this phone because it says its compatible with CDMA carriers. Apparently it is only compatible with some carriers. If you have ASSURANCE WIRELESS, this phone will NOT work with your service!! EDIT TO ADD: tried this phone on multiple carriers and it was not compatible with any of them. Tried straight talk, t mobile, and ting mobile on top of the assurance wireless and it did not work on any of them! ... show more
