These lights really are plug and play. At least, they were for my 1969 Firebird. You're basically just changing the bulb assembly, no extra wiring needed. Unless of course you want to utilize the daytime running lights option, however, there are no instructions on how to do that. Each bulb has a yellow wire and I think it was a white wire coming out of it but no idea where they are supposed to plug in. I contacted the company and they said they'd send me the 'relay' but I only received one, what looked to be, just an extension with two other wires sticking out which are blue and black. If it were supposed to go to the running lights option you would think the wires would match colors, however I don't think that's what this is for because the connectors are different shapes. Plus, they would have sent me at least two, right? Oh well I'm happy just using the regular lights. Good deal for the money. ... show more

We installed these on our 1980 KW 900A and found one of the headlights was feeding power back into the bright lights indicator in the cab. We told the seller about our problem, they made sure we correctly diagnosed the issue, then sent us a complete replacement with multiple bulbs. The media could not be loaded. These lights really are plug and play with the original harness. The lights are 5 times brighter than oem and they look great in the car. The only modification I had to make was to grind off the little alignment tab on the light it’s self to make it work the the corvette. It took 5 minutes and the work and look great. ... show more
