Unfortunately this phone has a defect that does not allow it to hold the charge. I charged it to 100% and in less than 20 mins the phone died. I returned the 1st one, and asked for a replacement thinking it was just the first phone with the issue, and it was the same problem with the 2nd phone. It doesn't work with assurance wireless as a replacement phone but it's compatible with straight talk but since it's only 3g it won't have all the qualities of a 4g network, which is to be expected. It's still a great phone as a replacement for right now and a great option for small kids.
