  • Great little guy for everyday adventure capturing in first person perspective
This little camera is neat as can be. For the money it’s a great idea to have if you’re just getting started with videoing your adventures. My kids absolutely love this little guy. It’s so small you don’t even notice you got it, it’s maybe not even 2 inches long & half inch thick. Comes with the lanyard to wear as a necklace or a mount that clips to your shirt collar, also very happy to see a camera mount that screws onto a tripod. The magnets are super strong, don’t worry about it falling off. Comes with its own charging dock & 64gb memory card, but also as with every electronic it has an app that you can access all your videos on & save or delete from your phone. It has super clear picture quality & the audio is crisp, not water resistant would be the only downside to this camera. But with this price point I can use it as I want or let the kids take it to use & not stress over it. You won’t be disappointed ... show more

  • Perfect Little Camera for My Daily Bicycle Rides
Color: Carbon black
I've been using this camera every day for the past week on my bicycle rides, and I'm really happy with it. The first thing I noticed is how small and lightweight it is. I clip it to my jersey, and after a few minutes I barely notice it's there. The magnetic mount holds securely, even on bumpy trails and rough roads. The video quality is excellent in daylight. The 4K footage is sharp, and the wide-angle lens captures the road, my surroundings, and the ride without looking too distorted. The stabilization also helps reduce shaking, so the videos come out smooth enough to share with friends and on social media. The app was easy to connect, and transferring videos to my phone after each ride has been quick and simple. I also appreciate the charging case because I ride almost every day, and it keeps the camera powered up between rides. After a week of daily cycling, I can honestly say this camera has exceeded my expectations. It's compact, easy to use, and records great-looking footage. If you're a cyclist looking for a lightweight POV camera to capture your rides, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try. ... show more

  • Compact wearable camera with a useful accessory package
Color: Carbon black
I purchased this mini body camera primarily for personal documentation/vlogging. The camera is compact and light enough to wear without being cumbersome, and the magnetic mount makes it easy to position on clothing or other surfaces. The included accessory package is one of its stronger points. It comes with a 64GB memory card, charging case, magnetic mount, clip, lanyard, and charging cables, so I did not need to purchase several additional items just to begin using it. The controls were easy to understand. Charging and setup were quick and easy. Video quality is clear particularly in daylight/indoor lighting. The wide-angle view captures a substantial portion of the surroundings. Battery life has been adequate so far for my intended use. The charging case is convenient because it provides another way to store and recharge the camera between uses. Overall, this is a practical compact camera for someone who wants a wearable recording device with the necessary accessories already included. Its value will depend heavily on long-term reliability, battery performance, and the quality of the companion app, but my experience so far has been positive. ... show more

  • Excellent Action Cam!
Color: Carbon black
I was looking for a small action camera for my running and biking. After viewing several different cameras I decided to purchase this little device and I'm certainly glad I did. The camera is very small and compact, it has just the right amount of weight so that it doesn't feel flimsy but at the same time it's not weighing you down. As far as the setup it's extremely easy. There's a small instructional booklet that comes with the camera that includes the QR code for the app. Simply download that and it walks you through the simple steps of connecting it to your phone. Once you have that done you are ready to be up and running! My initial purpose for getting the action camera was for my running. I wish I would have purchased one sooner. This is great to have with you on your runs, you're able to take in the different scenery and views, as well as I use it for note-taking for my coach and doctors. I'm able to have conversations letting them know the specifics and details while actually being on the run and able to have better placement of exactly what is going on. A great feature in addition to all of the attachments that come with it, is that the back of it is magnetic. So you are able to attach it to your vehicle or anywhere else that has that capability. This camera has so many uses, from running, biking, hiking, you can honestly take it anywhere you want to because of its small and compact size along with its versatility. Even if you wanted to use it for a camera because you had social media accounts, it easily sticks to an array of different things. Given the overall cost and the value it certainly brings with it, I highly recommend going with this little action camera if you are looking to invest in one. Even if you aren't, I would definitely still suggest trying one of these out because I think you'll find you use it a lot more than you might realize. ... show more

  • Fun device to use
I bought this body cam for my grandson’s graduation party, and it was so much fun to watch the footage the next day and relive the short conversations with everyone who attended. While the video quality isn't on par with a professional police body cam, the picture was clear and the sound was surprisingly good. Overall, it’s a really fun and enjoyable device to use. ... show more

  • Excellent Wearable Camera for Travel and Daily Use
Color: Carbon black
I've been really impressed with this mini body camera. It's so small and lightweight that I barely notice I'm wearing it, and the magnetic mount keeps it securely in place throughout the day. The 4K video quality is sharp, and the image stabilization does a great job of keeping the footage smooth while I'm walking. One feature I really appreciate is the charging case—it keeps the camera ready whenever I need it. The built-in WiFi makes transferring videos to my phone quick and easy, and the included 64GB card provides plenty of storage for my recordings. The wide-angle lens captures more of what's happening around me, making it perfect for travel, outdoor activities, or simply recording hands-free moments. Overall, it's a compact, reliable camera that has exceeded my expectations. ... show more

  • Amazingly small camera and abilities for such a small package
The camera and its accessories are packed in a very nicely printed box, with photo and artwork and a bit of info about what was inside. Upon unboxing the unit and accessories, it was obvious that it was well-packed professionally and securely, with a foam insert holding everything firmly and each item in its own little protective bag and accessories in a separate box underneath. And wow, the camera is amazingly small; and I can't wait to give it a try! But, as many people know - you want to make sure everything is included and intact and charge everything up before using it. Even though I knew what accessories there were included, it's still surprising the amount of basic accessories, the stuff that most people will need or want and for others who will want more; enough to get a started with. Included is the camera of course, and one of the most interesting and maybe unique things—a battery pack and charger that the camera fits into. More about this later. Also included is a USB-C to USB-C double-ended plug, a regular USB to USB-C cable, a magnetic lanyard for around your neck, a screw-in 1/4 inch threaded tripod mount connector that magnetically snaps into the back of the camera with a springy clip at the top to hold it securely, an instruction booklet, and a magnetic mount that can be hinged and which has a belt clip sort of thing on the bottom that would go on a belt or on a shirt or backpack strap or something like that. The camera itself has a protective plastic tag to remove, and that's where the charger/battery pack connects to it on the back. There are two slightly recessed lugs that fit into the battery pack/charger unit. Also, there is a protective plastic cover over the lens, so don't forget that. The lens cover is ever so slightly protruding; below that is the "4K Ultra HD" text and below that is the concave button for powering it up and enabling various onboard functions. Slightly below are two indicator lights beside each other. On the bottom is a rubbery cap (the unit is not waterproof, but this cap does make it a bit water-resistant, I think and at the very least seals the port and SD-card from some mopisture and dust/dirt) that can be opened and which gives you access to the USB-C charging port. This port also can be connected to a computer to access the video and photos. The SD-card port already has a 64 GB SD-card inserted and formatted and ready to go. As you probably know, some cameras and electronics don't come with an SD-card. You of course, can take the SD-card out and plug it into a computer, tablet, or whatever to access the video and still photos. The whole camera itself weighs only maybe 28 grams (.99 oz) and it is only about 2 inches tall, 1 inch wide, and .8 inch deep. The back is magnetic, which allows it to be connected and hold its own weight and this attaches quickly to the lanyard for around the neck (which has a magnetic plate - this is strong enough to hold it securely through a shirt), the 360 degree rotating belt clip/hat brim/backpack clip/belt clip attachment and also the 1/4 inch threaded tripod bolt attachment - though in addition to the magnetic surface this mount has clips that snap in for more security. The single button on the unit works for all functions that you are not going to use the app for. Long press turns the camera on, after giving it a second; one press starts recording and two presses switch to WiFi waiting mode - which is when you can connect your phone to it. Single press while in recording mode stops recording, long press shuts it down. Pretty simple. It runs fine without having the app connected all of the time. The LED lights indicate all statuses: with red flashing meaning it is charging, green solid means it is recording, blue flashing is WiFi is waiting, and blue solid is WiFi connected. The battery pack/charger is interesting. You don't need to be using it as the camera has its own battery, which lasts an appreciable amount of time. But plugging it into the battery pack (1800 mAh battery compared to the camera itself's battery of 500mAh) dramatically extends this amount of time to around 3 hours at 4k. The battery pack has its own USB-C port, allowing it to be charged with the included cable or any USB-C cable. There are indicator lights showing charge beside the charging port as well as a 1/4 inch tripod mount screw-in socket. The lugs on the back of the camera line up with the charging lugs in the receptacle of the battery/charger and it securely fits in and even locks with a tiny lock button at the top of the battery/charger unit. Remember to press this to disengage the camera, as it will not come out otherwise. This battery/charger unit will both run and charge the camera itself, as well as charge itself while powering and charging the camera if it is plugged in. You can also access the camera's internal SD-card if you plug the charger/battery unit into a computer, and the charger/battery pack seems to act as a seamless pass-through. Nice addition, and it is not so large that you wouldn't be inclined to use it for action shots while the camera is inserted. The camera instructions are clear and to the point, short but that's all that is needed for anyone. It explains the LED indicators as well as the front button and a few other things, including setting up the camera and connecting to the app. There is a QR code for getting an instructional video, another nice addition there. There is also the QR code for getting the app, which comes in both Android and iPhone versions or you can search for it in the corresponding app store. The setup and connection are straightforward; just read the instructions both in the booklet and as the app guides you. Be patient; some functions do take a few seconds to run. The app allows you to set some other options that are not accessible on the camera itself; like loop mode on or off, resolution, etc. All the basic stuff you might want to change. You could charge it and use it out of the box without the app I suppose. You can start recording or take still photos from the app as well as access the videos and photos and download them to the phone or tablet, as well as share them elsewhere. The app works nicely. The camera records in 4k or 2k, the resolution is there and quality is medium or so and same for the still photos which are 20 MP. It has a wide field of view, 150 degrees. I tested it for use as a bicycle 'dashcam' and I was able to very easily read license plates from a medium distance and could possibly read them with some zooming in on a computer at a slightly more than medium distance and during movement. It works best with some light, and works especially well in brighter light like daylight. Quality and contrast drops off in darker conditions. Overcast skies are fine, a dim house starts to stretch its abilities in low-light conditions. One sample photo is under very overcast conditions, still very usable photos. Audio is okay, fairly low. I tested it in full 4k as well as 2k, both have about the same overall quality. You can definitely see the difference between the 4k and 2k though, both are quite nice but 4k is definitely 4k. The included review video is only 1080 due to limitations here so I can't show full quality I guess. The EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) motion-dampening seems to work fine but I tended not to need it. The dampening definitely works but I find that it's not needed for most of the things I do but I did try it all at both resolutions. At the lower 2K resolution and with the motion-dampening turned on, I got just under an hour and a half out of the internal battery. I tested it while walking through my woods using it in full 4k and with the motion dampening on, and there was no appreciable pixelation or loss of detail, and the colors reproduced the greenery as accurately as far I could tell. On a gravel road it did just fine without the dampening turned on, but it helps. The 1/4 inch tripod receptacle hole on the clip-in mount makes this completely GoPro mount compatible, so I was able to use a GoPro mount with the 1/4 inch bolt and from there attach a short arm that then attached to my bike's GoPro mount so that I could use it as a front camera for my bike, kind of like a dash cam. This worked tremendously well and the small size made it fairly unobtrusive and (hopefully) aerodynamic enough for my purposes. Even without the motion-dampening, it held a steady video and with quality that was perfect for everyday riding and recording. I can't say enough about what you get for the small size and for the price and this usage just further shows how well it works overall. Another positive is the 24/7 customer support mentioned by the company. I did not need to use this but it is good to have available. The attached video is a quick sampling of video both in 4k and 2k and with the motion dampening on and off, including some video of the outdoors and indoors on a somewhat darker overcast day, a bit of biking on a bright day, some gravel and road riding on an overcast but fairly light day. All in all I am very happy with this - small size, pretty good video for the size, and it's really quite easy to turn it on and get it recording quickly. It begins recording at whatever setting you had it set at previously. Great addition to my family of cams, well worth it. ... show more
