Nice little camera for outtings, picture quality is great, not going to be shooting a 39million dollar movie with it, but great quality. This camera isn't for movie production but it's not marked for that, I am extremely happy with it. The only thing I don't like is it's small, but I have big hands, the strap fits with ease, it's the touch screen, it's on the small side, but works great and they give you a remote control so that's amazing. Got a 3 year warranty on it really cheap. If your reading this to warrent a purchase, I have no problem telling you this video camera is way under priced for the quality of video, and for quality of material it's made from. If you want a little camera to take on trips or for kids plays, I have no problem saying this is a wonderful camera. You get the camera with case, 2 batteries with charger, a great microphone with charger, a light hood, it's shipped to you in a greatly packaged box. No complaints from me, I purchased a camera bag to carry it with me, and we will definitely check back with this company if we want another camera or anything else. I would give $350.00 for this video camera, now that I know the quality of the video on both video and camera.

Still using this camera over 2 years later, and zero complaints! Simple to use, however, can get very detailed (IF YOU KNOW what you are doing) on the configuration. I am very happy with the quality, and simplicity of operation of the camera. I wish it was a little bigger (I know that is a surprise) but I have BIG hands, so its a bit frustrating on how close everything is, but it's not enough to lower even 1/2 star.

Highest quality is 720 or 1080 at best, but takes up the same amount of data storage as if it was 4k. This camera is NOT 4k quality at all. Only reason I didnt return was I made the mistake of actually getting around to using it after the return window. I was ignorant enough about cameras to realize no 4k camera can possibly be this cheap, don't fall for it like I did, a cheap 20 dollar Webcam would give you the same video quality.

I read all of the negative reviews. I won't do that again as it did not give me any of the real information I needed. My son the professional photographer gave me the information I needed, The issue with most of the cameras in this price range is simply light. These are not low light devices. I use this device outside during the day or inside with plenty of light and it is awesome! I don't like the beep when zooming in or our but for me, most of the time I set the zoom before I start recording. I don't use the microphone most of the time so I do not have an opinion one way or the other about it. The price and the quality at this point are perfect and I have little or nothing negative to say about it. My advice is to not think you are getting a bargain. You are getting exactly what you are paying for.

Several Concerns: Purchased HDMI camera expecting to CAPTURE HDMI to an external HDMI Capture adapter and use the active display signal while simultaneously recording and/or streaming video and audio. Instead, with this model, while the HDMI display screen is attached, upon pressing RECORD, recording does NOT start... instead displayed on screen a big box, reads: "Prompting --- Does not support this operation" I had to disconnect the HDMI display in order to record video The User's Manual does not present this topic at all. Also, during the time the camera was attached to an audio/mic interface, at all times if the USB charger cord is attached to charge the battery while in use, electronic hissing noise makes the audio signal completely unusable. Audio plays great if battery charger is not attached. Shockingly, battery life was less than 45 mins of recording time before completely draining. That was after four hours of charging borh batteries until the red lights turned blue. This model has to be taken off the tripod to replace SD Card and battery through bottom of unit --- constant handling is going to wear out everything.

This is a fabulous camcorder. The picture, the sound, and the quality was great. the battery life seems pretty good. It comes with all cables needed including to hook up to the HDMI port on either the TV or a device to output the recording. Also, including 2 batteries with the camera is a very welcome bonus since who wants to be in the middle of an event and miss out on a surprise or special moment. The screen is bright and very clear. The touch interface is good and fairly easy to use and setup. Super happy about my purchase. Picture is clear. Will update with further use.

Not much to dislike, due to the low cost for a nice camera. I noticed some complaints about picture quality, making me wonder if some haven't noticed the amount of setting adjustments that can be made with this camera. I didn't even know what ISO was until I looked it up. I haven't used this camera much (yet!), but have discovered that the lower the ISO setting, the sharper the image. The light on the camera doesn't do much, but when light is added (indoors) then the picture quality increases. Outdoors I found that picture quality is very good, as well.
