    • This is a scam to farm your credit card information
Watch comes right away and says it has a preloaded SIM card that just needs activation. After you try to activate the SIM card and enter your credit card information it says error SIM card not activated and then prompt you to enter your credit card information again. There is no way to get a hold of anyone at customer service just a bot and when you email them you are referred back to the bot on their website. Stay clear of this product as I'm pretty sure it's just a scam to fish credit card information ... show more

I bought this for my seven year old so she can call me if she needs me. It’s a good start for a younger child phone wise. It’s easy for her to navigate and make calls. The preloaded games are okay. I can see her getting bored with them rather quickly. There is no gps function. Sometimes the calls don’t go through. The preloaded SIM card had something wrong with it and we couldn’t start service. Customer services resolved the issue pretty quickly. Charge holds for pretty much a full day. It’s not the greatest but it’s worth the price. I can’t see it fitting a child younger than 6-7 years old. My kid has it on the tightest it can go to fit. We haven’t started using the scheduled activities option because it’s summer. But once school picks back up they might be helpful. ... show more

My kid loves it. The camera works fine, phone call works fine. However, no msg and no gps. So if you only need to make a phone call this is the right product. $10 a month after 7 day trail.

I know parents that have a phone for every kid and is able to see where they are all the time. Phones get lost and cost good money. This little device is awesome, you set the number for the contacts right on the phone. There is no app to control the device and it is simple to use for the child. There is no tracking apps to weigh down your data and sim card usage. The reception depends on your carrier and their coverage. My major carrier covers my phone. I do get reception for the sim in this watch also, but I have to go outside. The thought in this watch is outstanding. Things to do an easy C type charge port. The watch is nice and calling is clear whenever you can get through. Many times, you have to restart the watch so that it would connect to the tower. Has some nice features, such as music, alarm.
