I purchased this watch for my daughter for Christmas. It looked great out of the box but it is very complicated to use. In the description it says can use without sim when connected to wifi. It didn’t connect easily to wifi and all the functions do not work on the watch without a sim. Texting is super hard and only available through their app which was not good for us. I bought this smart watch for my 5 year old son just to use as a tracking device when he started preschool. Provides a wonderful sense of security knowing where exactly he is at all times. The GPS location is very accurate. The built in flashlight comes in handy for him. He especially finds use for it during nap time. He loves the few games that are built in. Does a great job entertaining him during down times. The battery life is awesome. I charge it once a week on average. Fits well into my weekly routine. Very good starter watch for kids. My seven year old loves it. It was a Christmas present and he has been playing with it ever since. It has been a good indication of whether this is something he will want to wear in future if we were to buy him something more expensive. It has camera, apps, and sim slot. Able to make calls and track the kid. It also has other apps which makes it more fun for the kids, if that is what you want. The watch is pretty big, so consider that when buying for smaller kids. The media could not be loaded. This phone is so complicated and not user-friendly at all. I ordered my speed talk Sim card, which was installed with no issue. It is strictly the watch that is plain junk. It is awful. The text messaging function is so hard to use. You have to push a button to get three letters to pop up to select a letter, but then there is no way to send a text after you finish typing. 🤣I couldn’t even use the phone call function either. I tried to call out and also tried to call in and it would not work. The text messaging worked when I texted but the video chat is the worthless. I tested the video chat and it does not automatically open on your phone so you need to have the app open to receive the video chat otherwise you’ll miss the call. I didn’t even test the GPS because all the other features were awful. Just do yourself a favor and do not buy this. **Seller keeps messaging me and offering gift cards to remove this negative comment** my honest Mom review will stay. ... show more

I got this watch for my nephew since he often wanders off. The watch have 4G support and we use plug in a watch SIM card. It was relatively easy to set up, and the parents are able to track his location. They’re going for a Disney world trip for Xmas so this will help them find him if he ever wanders off again. The watch is pretty cool. He likes the camo pattern. There’s a bunch of functionalities too, such as camera and a led light on the side. He’s able to message his parent using the watch. Great smart watch for kids. The design is nice and comfortable to wear it. Simple to use it. The apps in the watch are supper helpful for my kid. I love the SOS mode and the GPS location. Safety is always the priority in this world. Recommend it.

I bought this for my 8 yr old and we are both really upset that it won't charge. You have to charge it for at least 4 hours before using. The charger that it came won't charge and neither will any other charger, IF you have the correct charger. Definitely needs updated.
