So this watch is the first kids watch with calming features I’ve saw. As far as build goes, this watch is comfortable and sturdy. It’s band is comfy and doesn’t pinch into my wrist. It sounds nice when playing it’s music and the graphics are vivid and precise. As far as the main feature of this phone goes - calling - it doesn’t work hardly at all. The sims is already installed but it doesn’t call and won’t let me text either. Everything works except the calling feature and that’s the main reason I got this watch was for the phone feature. Overall, it’s a nice decent watch, definitely for an older kid- but needs some major improvements.

I got this for my 3-year-old neighbor who has autism. She's very sociable and will go up to complete strangers, so we always have to watch her. I thought this watch would help her parents with that since it has a call feature. However, I must admit that we are worried that she might accidentally call 911 while playing with it. We haven't had a chance yet to explore all of the features, but I do like that she can grow with this watch for a few years. We probably won't let her play with the watch with the SIM card in it until she's just a little older (she turns 4 in July) and can grasp the concept that the cell feature is for emergencies only. Right now, it's still too hard to explain that to a 3-year-old with autism. For the price of this watch, you really can't beat it. I think it would make a nice birthday or Christmas gift.

My daughter was getting tired of having to carry her phone everywhere, just so we could know where she is, and in case of emergency. So, this watch takes a sim card for calls.. it actually comes with one you can top up, but we already had a spare line. There is no text function built into the software, but the call function works great, and that's mostly what I wanted it for. Everything is really easy to set up, and all of the applications work well. The key point is being able to call without carrying a phone around. That's worth its weight in gold.
