Won't charge or power on. Phone looks nice and like the expensive ones except it's a paper weight. **Update** it finally charged after 12 hours. I love the FM Radio feature. No headphone Jack connection so you'll need a dongle to connect to wired headphones . Love the expandable 256 memory. I have over 18k song playlist so SD memory card is needed. Wish the more expensive phones had FM radio and expandable memory. UPDATE... Can't copy any files from computer to sd card. Have format sd card every time it's removed from phone, losing everything. Tried to connect external SSD drive to phone to transfer files and phone refuses to recognize ssd drive. Phone sucks. The FM Radio feature is only thing good about this. If you need a Walkman type radio, then get this "phone". Love the FM Radio feature. Cannot use any other headset other than the crappy one they include. The wired headset is very short so I ordered another headset online that was about a foot longer. Nothing works. SD Card won't work, FM Radio only works on the crappy include headset that's a foot long. Battery life is good. Slow unresponsive at times. Buy something else. I'm returning ... show more

This smartphone is impressive and has everything you need out of the box. When you open the box, there is an included clear bumper case that fits the phone as well as a screen protector and SIM extractor. It supports up to Android 13 and has basic apps like the Play store, Music, and Maps installed. The screen is a nice size that is on the large side by most phones’ standards. It has both Face ID and fingerprint security. It is not meant for high-RAM video gaming, but can impressively run apps you need for work or communication. It has 2 GB RAM with 16 GB of storage space, as well as 4G, Wifi and Bluetooth functionality. You can put in two SIM cards and a storage card to increase the drive space. I got this phone for travel, so I greatly appreciate that the SIM functionality is region unlocked, which many phones are not. The cameras are a decent resolution with two cameras on the back as well as a selfie camera. This phone does exactly what I need and is actually better than I hoped!
