The media could not be loaded. the foot piece is too narrow to fit onto the frame of the chair itself... If you slide the footrest enough to attach the locking pin on one side It is completely not touching the other side of the mounting point....

Very narrow seat I am unable to use the arm massager. But every thing else is okay. Kinda noisy when using. The chair had scuffs on the outside of the arms. This is not a sitting chair because of the rollers using a folded blanket in the seat helps make it better to sit on. It's a good chair but I don't like it.

The chair is well worth what I paid. Perhaps double. I bought it with a large coupon. That is not showing at this time. It's listed at 910.00 and worth that. The chair came well packaged. It was delivered a week after ordering. The men brought it to the porch and we slid it inside the house. I clipped the straps then opened the top. I removed the cardboard bumpers then slid the top box off the bottom. This left the chair sitting in a tray. If working alone, cut two corners of the tray to let one "wall" drop so you can slide chair off tray. The chair has plastic film protecting it that will need removed. The screen holder will need installed. There is a post with a flat side that will need aligned with hole in armrest. The little black cover/ base will need to be pressed down and twisted gently into place. The controller then goes into the tray and the cord is routed around and under/ behind the airbag. The footrest will need installed. This is simple enough once you understand the mission. Another reviewer unfortunately did not. There is a single arm with a roller sticking out of the right square hole in the fabric, and that is okay there is just one. (Nothing broke in shipping here) A metal bar rests on that roller when footrest is in place. There are two things that will need found on the left side and brought out through that other square hole in the fabric. One is an electrical wire with a clip and the other a rubber tube with a plastic fitting. These will connect to the parts coming out of the foot rest. You will need to remove the clips from the posts that the foot rest will attach to. There are two metal loops that will slid over the metal posts on the chair. Align one and slid it all the way to one side then align the second side and move entire foot rest so it is centered. The spring clips will now go back in. The will be on the out side of the loops not the inside as another reviewer was attempting. The clips keep the rest from moving left or right and keep it centered. The footrest will remain on the metal posts because it cannot move off center due to the clips. When installing the clips the straight part will go in the hole and the curved end will go in the same hole on the opposite side of the post. Think of it as a safety pin that has the pin in the post and the head on the other side with its nose in the hole. Regarding the chair and massage. I will give first impressions and update as I learn more. It's not just a vibrator and some shiatsu rollers on a track. It's much more complicated than that. It massages more than one area at a time. I am not sore about any automatic scanning, but you can easily raise and lower the neck massage and the rest seems to adjust accordingly. The combination of the air bags and massaging is far more interesting that I had imagined. The shoulder squeeze while the shoulder and back features are happening is super nice. It's like it's hugging you to hold you while pressing in with a massage. The air bags are useful in circulating not only the blood but also the lymphatic system. I used two sessions with automatic programs, the second after adjusting neck position. Once that is set it's all so much better. I can certainly feel that fluids were moved out of my neck and shoulders and they have much more mobility. The same is true of my lower back. The motions and combination of being held by airbags and the motion of the mechanism definitely moved my vertebrae enough to get fluids moving. I cannot say I was in traction, or overtly stretched but there was mobility that gave space and decompression. Do use the zero gravity feature in this regard. My spouse is 6'3" and 248lbs. The chair worked for him with an adjustment of the neck unit upwards. We did have to watch that the shoulder air bag is in the right position before it inflates as he did not get how it all works when entering the chair. The level of the neck massager can be controlled via panel or buttons on arms rest. All of the components can be individually toggled on and off while in a program. The degree of tilt can be overridden. You can hit off at anytime and it will lower you down. There is a neck and upper shoulder unit, a 4d unit, there are foot rollers and 4 sets of air bags and heat. There may be more and zip will update as I identify the various components. I survived an automobile wreck that totaled a new truck two years sago and had bought a massage mat with shiatsu rollers in it as well a vibration and heat. It was a game changer in dealing with pain while healing. I used it and alot of different exercises and positions and such too decompress my back and relieve pain and that was hard some days. This chair will be especially nice on the bad days which happen less often as time goes by thanks to God above. This chair will make the routine much shorter and will be a time saver. I did not expect a 10k chair and am very happy with what this can do, it's more than I imagined for the price. I look forward to learning more about it and will update.
