The media could not be loaded. I have never put a desk like this together before, so I am not sure if it is par for the course, but the instructions that came with this thing were absolutely awful, too small diagrams and several steps that were backwards in order. I was frustrated at first. But, everything else was great. It was packaged really well including the corners which many places don't protect enough. It is attractive looking and easy to use once assembled. I got the smaller size, but it still offers a huge amount of space. I have my sewing machine on it, my computer, a lamp and other smaller items and I still have plenty of room. (I took the video above before putting all of my stuff on top. Sorry about quality, I was doing it one handed.) I had no idea how helpful a standing desk would be for me. It makes setting up fabric for sewing and doing other tasks so much easier instead of me walking things around to different surfaces or hurting my back hunched over forever!

The directions were some of the worst I have ever seen. Small inaccurate instructions. The best part is after I put it all together it doesn’t work!!! That’s right any buttons I try on the controller are the same results a flashing 000!!! I wrote in for help as the other thing missing in the instructions is a phone number for customer service. So far NO help. Guess what there is no error code to 000. Yes more junk from Amazon. Now I get to take it apart box it and send it back.

Instructions were terrible! Poorly written with tiny text and poor visuals in the illustrations. Finally got this assembled after 2 hours, only to get error code “000” flashing on the control module. This error code is not even listed in the troubleshooting section of the assembly guide. Doesn’t rise or work at all, making the desk entirely useless for what I need. Searched online for the last 25 minutes looking for help or additional info for hw1402wood…nothing. No company website. No online manuals. No contact info for customer service, which is strange considering they “promise to replace and repair any product defects” right in the product listing. Will definitely be reaching out to Amazon for a full refund, as there doesn’t be a way to reach the manufacturer. There are lots of other options for standing desks out there…don’t buy this one!

This table is very nice. I just wish it was a little longer but it is very sturdy. My table top was damaged when they first delivered. I don’t see how because they packed it perfectly and secure but they were very expedient with resending a new part. Assembling it was easy but you have to make sure you follow the directions exact.

The media could not be loaded. It's easy to assemble, I recommend doing it with 2 people. Looks great and works without any issues. 3 memory options which is great. It's very heavy and everything is mattel except the top portion which is some sort of wood and that's heavy too.
