I bought this about little less than a year ago. The fridge started to freeze and wouldn’t stay at the temp we set. I explained the problem to the company and they sent me a new thermostat right away! They also sent me a video on how to replace the part and on top of all that also sent me $100 to replace the part myself! I bought this refrigerator and it hasn’t even been 30 days when it started leaking. I contacted the seller about this and they told me that they will help me, but they did not in the end. Customer service told me that they could not send me a replacement gasket even though I contacted them before the 30 day window. I told them the door appeared to be crooked and they just told me they’ll report it to their manager. They show to have no intent to help or solve the problem and I don’t even know what I should do now. ... show more
