There are no envelopes included with this set. That being said, it is a fun way for kids to make their own Christmas cards. The ink included is very bright and vibrant and washed off little fingers pretty easily. I don't quite understand the design though. They are made to be folded in half, but if you do that, the design is on the front AND the back of the card. So, I decided to cut them apart and use them for postcards. I ordered this set of 48 thumbprint Christmas cards to make with my kids and send out this holiday season. This set comes with 8 different designs (6 cards in each design), and 4 ink pads featuring an array of different colors. The ink pads work well and each has a tight fitting lid to keep the ink fresh. The ink washes off skin easily. The cards are thick and sturdy with a semi-glossy front and cleanly printed graphics. The back of the cards is blank for adding a handwritten message. I do wish these came with envelopes as now I will need to purchase them separately. Overall though, these are cute cards and a fun way to add a personal touch to your holiday greetings. ... show more
