This is a very bright light bar. I am impressed with how bright it is. In daylight it can easily be seen. The rubber pads on the feet help to make sure it doesn’t damage your roof top when it is mounted. The control panel shows the patters being used so you know just by looking at the controller what pattern is going. The bar itself is light weight when compared to the old style strobe bars of the past. It also draws less power because of using LED’s instead of strobe bulbs. That also allows it to flash faster too. I highly recommend this light bar as it will get people’s attention.

I have bought 3 of these units and they are very bright and work good. Installation is easy as it gets. 3 stars because one of the 3 i bought has a few leds going out or out after a few months. For the money id say your getting what you paid for compared to the others that cost significantly more.

I recently acquired this unit as a replacement for the mini light bar I previously used atop my vehicle for traffic control duties during construction projects. I was highly impressed with the ease of customization, as I managed to modify the light to be magnetically mountable on my vehicle's roof or attachable to the rails of my luggage rack. Its exceptional brightness ensures excellent visibility, and it effortlessly operates with a 12 Volt connection via the cigarette lighter, given the proper fusing of the lighter plug. I was genuinely taken aback by how seamless it was to integrate everything, and in hindsight, I regret not investing in this unit earlier instead of trying to prolong the life of my previous one.

Do not waste your time or money on this. It didn't even last 2 months. There is no one to contact for a warranty. Buy local and avoid a costly mistake.

This emergency light bar is extremely bright. I love the low profile. It is also easily modified to magnetically mount if you don’t need it all the time or if you need to change vehicles. Installation was pretty straightforward. It has multiple flashing /strobe patterns for various needs too. I needed a tow not long ago and this definitely helped the tow driver locate me and I felt safer on the side of the road at night.

I hooked this thing up to where I test all my vine merch for reviews. This thing definitely gets your attention. Its super bright and you can choose from several different patterns and strobes. Pretty cool. Upon researching other lights like this one I found out that mostly, depending on quality they're all pricey, but this one has got me scratching my head. The quality of the plastic and the design have a lot to be desired. IMO. The plastic is wicked fragile. Its thin, it reminds me of a cheap toy. (for lack of a better description) Part of the side broke off just putting it down on the table. I'm trying understand what makes it so heavy thou. Its not the thin plastic. Its low profile. Kind of like the lights on police cars. The only way to mount it that I can see is to drill holes in the roof of the truck. (?) And it gets even weirder. The cord for the controller plugs into the middle of the light, and in the very front ~ WTH? What are you spoda do with the wire and controller once its all up there on the roof of the cab? It has a separate ground wire like its intended to be a permanent fixture.(I guess, I'm just a girl) But if the plug to the controller was on the end or in the back, maybe you could drill another hole in the roof of the cab run the wire thru with a grommet or somethin so it wouldn't leak, then mount the controller on the inside next to the dome light or somewhere out of the way until you need it. But here's the thing ~ I dont think it's waterproof. No weatherproofing where it plugs into the controller. IP65 or whatever...So that's probably a design fla. (?) Maybe not, I'm just a girl. Husband is out of town on a job, so I cant ask right now. So, I still dont get it. This thing is way too big and expensive to use as a temporary, portable, sometimes emergency light for anything let alone for a Freightliner tow truck. If it was intended to be a temporary situation emergency light, then wouldn't it have some magnets or some way to attach it?IDK... But to have a $330 light rollin around in the floorboard of the truck with is super breakable plastic casing is about as dumb as a soup sandwich. So I dont have any idea what this thing is intended for. To the best of my knowledge, I dont think its what I thought it was. But I'm just a girl.~So, I could tell you what I would recommend doing with it~but you can probably work that one out by yourself... UPDATE: disregard all that BS I wrote. My husband straightened me out on this. First it has a mount behind the cab already installed just foe a light bar, and a pre drilled hole with a grommet already in it. And the ground wire can attach to the light so you dont need a bunch of it. I told you I was a girl and was ignorant! I got almost everything I said wrong. My husband says its good and he likes it. its better than the one he has and it goes the length of the truck. The broken piece must have happened during shipment and its back on with some clear silicone glue. My apologies to the company for my ignorance. 5 star rating~ my bad~!

This is a review for 48" 104LED Extreme High Intensity Construction Emergency Warning Strobe Light Bar Rooftop Low Profile Law Enforcement Hazard Flashing for Tow Truck Vehicle (Amber/White/Amber). This is a less than ideal light set if you are needing one. It will no doubt let someone know that they need to watch out and be cautious but will also be damaged with very little force. It is very easy to get mounted and wiring the control to the location you’ll want will be you hardest part of the installation. The lights are bright, and the different patterns are good. One of my biggest issues with it is that the control box is ran separate from the power and ground. This would have allowed for a cleaner install. Now I am forced to tape it along with the control. The other is the quality of the plastic. For it being an external device, that is subject to the elements along with debris that could potentially hit it. It will without a doubt not take too much to break it. At their asking price, they made it as cheaply as possible. With that, if they keep it so pricey, I will not recommend this product for anyone. If they came down to a more reasonable and comparable price point, I might.

The plastic on this light simply isn’t robust or tough enough to last very long in the elements with the sun beating down on it every day. I do like the low profile and the lights are nice and bright. The wiring leaves a bit to be desired and overall, I think it is a bit expensive for the quality.
