These come hinged together on the long sides. The springs that are included are to attach the two trellises together. I purchased these to use for one purpose and ended up using them for something else. The size of the panels was perfect for my purpose. They are light weight, but should hold up well I have an old metal frame garden swing that I decided to repurpose. I have a hammock chair for the swing and covered the canopy with shade cloth. I used two sets (four panels) of these across the back attaching the top to the bottom cross piece. Then I attached another set (two panels) on each end. Making an arbor out of the swing and still being able to use it. I have sugar baby watermelons planted across the back and will probably do sugar snap peas on the ends later on. Even without anything growing on them yet, they look good and makes the old swing look better. I would purchase again

Although the trellis itself is PEREFCT. I was misled by the description saying you get 6 grow bags.. mine came with TWO. I am even more disappointed because I ordered TWO SETS of these trellis' so i should have got 12 grow bags. Instead I got FOUR out of twelve. I am very disappointed because of the price and the inaccuracy. the trellis itself looks great, is easy adjustable, sturdier than most, and functions well. My plants have vined to it. I just wish I would have gotten my 12 grow bags.. because I had plans for my garden. very disappointed.
