Super quick on receiving and Super easy to put together. Came in a tiny box, of which I thought this must be the wrong item sent. But, nope. Unpacked the box, put the wheels on (pretty easy as they literally snap right on in) and followed the easy directions on the rest. This went together very nicely and it only took 1 person to do. Unfolded great, simple to fold back up and the outter case to store it was really easy to put around it too. It has lots of room, pretty deep, and it's sturdy. Rolls smooth. It's light weight, of which is a plus. I have a small terrain suv. We use my hubbys truck as we take a 10x10 easy up cover, 2 large camping chairs, ice chest and snack bags to our kids baseball games. We use a bulky heavy metal wagon. But now, we can go in my suv when the weather turns to drizzles. This is very compact and will fit perfectly with all that we bring when we do take my vehicle. 45.5" L Kitsure Collapsible Wagon - Heavy Duty Foldable Wagon with 440lbs Capacity-I haven't used mine yet, but my friend loves hers. PROBLEM-when installing the wheels, be sure to notice the wheel stems are different between the front and back. I didn't. Like a doofus, I made assumptions and tried to fit the front to the back wheels. But the front castor sockets are different from the rear castor sockets, and a round wheel stem won't fit into the square castor socket, and vice versa. I was hopping mad and sent a nastygram to Amazon. HOWEVER, my friend came over and popped those suckers right in. We're still laughing about it. Well, I'm chagrined. IT'S A LOVELY WAGON AND I LOOK FORWARD TO USING IT! My favorite part is how it collapses and the bottom insert is the cover. No extra part to get lost somewhere. Plus, I can put my sewing machine, supplies, and my comfortable desk chair in it to cart from car to classroom. I predict I'll be hauling toddlers sometime, soon, also.

This product arrived nicely packaged. The instructions are clear but honestly this wagon comes together very intuitively and easily. The cover snaps into corner brackets and has velcro straps to further secure it to frame. I really like how the floor rolls up and also acts as a cover that wraps around collapsed folded wagon. Velcro straps are used to secure this too. All in all, this wagon feels pretty substantial. I look forward to using it.

If you've been on the fence about a collapsible wagon, this is your sign that you NEED one. Originally I ordered this for beach trips because the wide plastic wheels would probably work better on sand than trying to drag everything across the beach. But of course I ordered it too late in the season for beach trips, and it sat unopened. When I finally opened it up just to check it out, I wished I'd done so earlier. First off, its huge. I can easily fit 3 large upright (you know the tall ones?) laundry baskets in it which was EXTREMELY helpful on a trip to the laundromat during a plumbing repair that left me without laundry machines for a week. The sides are plenty high enough that you could throw anything you ever want or need in there and it wouldn't spill over the top. The wheels are also offset a bit, and sit on the outside of the wagon to give it more stability so no matter how high you pile it up, it does not get top heavy and you don't have to worry about stuff toppling over. The two front wheels lock, which is also a fantastic feature when trying to load/unload on a hill and are easily engaged/disengaged with your foot. The cart itself is surprisingly light weigh for how sturdy it is constructed. It folds up and down literally with one hand, and the way its constructed you end up with a handle in the center of it so you can easily carry it or lift it into your vehicle. The handle scopes up and down to tuck away easily. I haven't tried, but I do believe the liner (sides) is machine washable, and would fit in most washers easily. Overall, this thing is a work horse and I am extremely pleased with it, especially for the price point. HOWEVER, a few things took me from 5 stars to 4... - There is no steering with the handle, it is entirely dependent on the swivel of the front two wheels. This does make maneuvering it very cumbersome and makes it hard to navigate tight spaces. It also puts quite a lot of strain on the handle itself, which most certainly will cause it to wear out faster. - The bottom of the wagon does not lock in flat, and is dependent on weight to get it to fully extend. This is critical to the ease of being able to collapse it one handed, but does mean when the wagon is empty it lacks stability and structure. - The mat that lines the bottom of the wagon is broken up into multiple parts so it can wrap around and fasten the wagon for storage and carrying (like a child's pack and play). This is the only structure on the bottom, and it is quite flimsy. While I believe whole heartedly the frame could handle 440lbs, I do not see the base being able to handle it. For that reason, when I use this wagon at the beach, I will likely cut a piece of plywood to set in the base before loading coolers and tents and chairs and the like to give it a bit more rigidity. Overall, however, for this price point, this wagon is a fantastic deal and I am very happy with it.

Best-Decision-EVER! I lugged 200 pounds of luggage and two kids weighing a cumulative 150 pounds through numerous airports, airport customs, and all around a resort for a week. I carried it on the planes in a duffel bag with no problems so I had it between gates. My 3 year old napped in it. Heck, my 7 year old napped in it! I took several large inflatables to and from the pool. We took it on all our excursions. So many people complimented me on having it with envy in their eyes. This wagon was a game changer/life saver! I highly recommend it. P.s. I put it together in 3 minutes all by myself.
