Super quick on receiving and Super easy to put together. Came in a tiny box, of which I thought this must be the wrong item sent. But, nope. Unpacked the box, put the wheels on (pretty easy as they literally snap right on in) and followed the easy directions on the rest. This went together very nicely and it only took 1 person to do. Unfolded great, simple to fold back up and the outter case to store it was really easy to put around it too. It has lots of room, pretty deep, and it's sturdy. Rolls smooth. It's light weight, of which is a plus. I have a small terrain suv. We use my hubbys truck as we take a 10x10 easy up cover, 2 large camping chairs, ice chest and snack bags to our kids baseball games. We use a bulky heavy metal wagon. But now, we can go in my suv when the weather turns to drizzles. This is very compact and will fit perfectly with all that we bring when we do take my vehicle. I'm pleased with this cart. Recent local changes to paper-only grocery bags means routinely spilled groceries from the parking lot to my place, so I needed something to carry my groceries a good distance. This is large enough to do it, but it folds up nicely for storage in my car. I will say that it is a bit heavy when folded, so it's not something you want to carry very far. But I've found that I can tip it sideways and roll it like a suitcase, so not a hug problem. Keep in mind that when folded it isn't very small, mostly due to the large wheels, so keep that in mind. Steers fine, fairly easy to unfold and fold up. Holds my grocery loads just fine. Can't speak to total weight carrying capability, but for my use it seems fine so far.

This wagon handled my load extremely well. I was able to load it up and even place a bookshelf on top without any issues. It’s surprisingly strong for the amount of weight it can pull, and it feels reliable when you’re moving heavier items. And the size is prefect for large loads. The only thing I wish were different is the wheel design. The front wheels turn 360°, which makes steering easy, but the back wheels are fixed. If the back wheels could rotate the same way, it would make tight spaces—especially going through two close‑together doors—much easier to navigate. Overall, it’s a sturdy, dependable wagon with great weight capacity, but improved rear‑wheel mobility would make it even better.

Very disappointed with this wagon. While it is true it’s not rocket science assembling the wagon, it could have saved time if the directions were included. Also, the bottom mat came with a tear along the seam. With everything in place (wheels) it would be a hassle to send back. If the company would stand behind their product and send a new bottom mat I would change my rating.
