I am very please with this privacy planter. It is well engineered, sturdy & easily assembled. There was one area during assembly where I had a question. I emailed the company and had a reply answer in about 20 minutes. I then had a follow up question & again had a prompt answer. I put it on an end on my covered balcony. It provides just enough privacy without blocking my view entirely. I am very happy with it. I am not going to fill it with potting soil. I will place 2 planters in it & fill them with annuals. So if I move from this apartment, I will not have to empty out a lot of dirt. It matches the white vinyl railing perfectly on my 2nd floor apartment balcony. Be aware that it is quite heavy in the very well packaged box it comes in. I am a small woman and could not move it. A man with a hand truck brought it to my apartment for me. I assembled it on my living room floor. Then my son helped attach the upright back- that really does take 2 people. He easily slid it out the door onto my balcony & in place where I wanted it. Addendum- it is now 4 months later & this unit still looks brand new. It cleans easily with just a gentle wipe with a damp cloth & it looks like new again. It does not discolor or stain from plant droppings. The sun has not discolored it. It looks as perfect as it did on day one on my balcony. I highly recommend it!

Purchased the cedar look Polly wood. Easy to assemble and very high quality look. Word of caution, I applied sunscreen before assembling and where my arm touched one of the panels, it stained the surface and would not wash off. Luckily, I purchased another set and only needed the screen, so was able to replace the panel. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for privacy screens.

I purchased this for privacy from some new neighbors who spent a bit too much time looking into my yard... Super easy to put together, although the directions are wrong -- even after reading reviews about the misinformation, I still attached the long posts the wrong way (screw heads facing toward the front instead of the back, yet it's no big deal...) This thing is super flimsy and lightweight on its own - it'll blow over if you breathe on it too hard! I got 3 20+ pound landscaping bricks from Home Depot, put those in with some landscape fabric on top (some holes cut throughout for drainage - and drilled multiple holes in the bottom for drainage also ) and filled with dirt and flowers. It's now heavy enough to not blow over. I'm considering adding a middle support bar up the back, because that still rocks a bit in the wind... I bought some locking wheel casters on Amazon, as I wanted to be able to move it around -- SO glad I did, as we had a major hail storm and I ran out and just rotated it against the house and the flowers were protected by the eaves! It's also nice to be able to rotate the flowers out of the sun a bit on super hot days... I also got some fake succulents and purple viny things (also from good old Amazon) to add to it a bit... After all of that, I LOVE IT! It provides the privacy I was seeking and it looks great. Hopefully it holds up and can be used for at least a few summers to come!

We loved this product. I looks like real wood (not shiny). We are using to hide generator on side of driveway. The generator had to be placed near gas meter so it was towards front of house. This product hid it and in winter we will turn around to non planter side. It good quality and instructions were detailed.

This planter trellis is so pretty and such a great addition to our yard. We needed to block out our neighbors fence and this did the trick. We put this right up against their fence and it now totally blocks their unsightly view. And once Mandeville vine grows up it really blocks everything. It’s the perfect size and build well. You do need to put the whole thing together piece by piece. One thing I wish would have been deeper is the planter part. Really not that deep. But nothing I’d take a star away for, still worth the cost. I would definitely recommend as it has held up well going through all for seasons.

Very attractive and sturdy but can’t give it 4 or 5 stars because of assembly issues!!! Nothing is pre assembled. The instructions are lacking in clarity. Some of the pieces are not pre drilled so it makes it hard to know if you’re matching up the right pieces. We ordered three of them and one arrived with too many of one piece and none of another. You have to weave the lattice back which was challenging. Overall we love the look but hated the process.

The neighbor behind us erected a shed on his side yard which our back yard looks into. The shed isn't bad, it's all the stuff around the shed and the fact that he's there everyday. This privacy screen and pretty planter was perfect for us. We purchased 3 of them for about 12' of fencing. They were lighter weight than we expected because the pieces are hollow. They went together fast and easy - 15 minutes each. The pieces were all there; none were broken. The color is very pretty, IMO. We put 3 bags of quarry rock in each planter to give it weight against gusty winds. We're very pleased and my neighbors have complimented them, as well. Need to add to this review: We had 70 mph winds come through and all 3 planters were blown over. Not fun gathering up all the rock we had in them. We purchased trampoline straps with anchors to tie them down. We do love the planters/fencing. It is a nice touch to our yard.
