UPDATE - As I feared, one of the mirrors quit working about 9 months in. Annoying, yes...but their customer service is extraordinary. I emailed the vendor letting them know it was no longer working. I honestly only half expected to hear back from them. They emailed me back within 24 hours, and a replacement mirror was on my doorstep in 3 days. I would buy mirrors from this vendor without the slightest worry knowing that they truly stand behind their product with absolutely no hassles. I ordered 2 of these to put in newly remodeled bathrooms. I was gone when my contractor installed them. When I arrived home, one of them worked perfectly. On the other only half the lights worked. I will say that the return process was super easy and they sent a new one out before they had picked up the defective one. Based on the other reviews, it seems they need to work on their quality control a bit. I’m a little nervous about their longevity, but the price was considerably less than other vendors for the same size mirror, so I’ll see how it goes. Will update this review if anything changes. The mirrors are gorgeous, though. No issues with scratches or chips that other reviewers have noted. If they don’t end up having any issues, I’ll be extremely pleased with this purchase.

This is an amazing mirror for the price. Not bright enough to use as a make-up mirror; but that doesn’t detract from the WOW factor.

Mirror is absolutely beautiful. It came with all necessary hardware to install and what I liked was the brackets allow for 4-5” of left/right adjustment after installation. I used a recessed outlet so the plug would not be in the way on back of mirror. Wanted to pack the mirror for a move but threw away the protective corners. Asked supplier if they could sell me plastic protective corners but they fedex mailed a bag of them to me for free. This is a great supplier and I highly recommend them and this beautiful mirror.

The unit went up flawlessly and stayed up for over 30 days. One morning we found it lying on the vanity shattered. One of the brackets (very thin stamped metal) bent enough to allow it to fall. Unbelievable! Of course it only had 30 days warranty and I see why. Good price if it had not fallen. I will look for another and hope the hanging mechanism is better. UPDATE. The seller's did contact me and arranged for a new mirror at no cost. They certainly did not have to do that as I am still uncertain what the cause was. Again, both brackets remained secured on the wall but one was bent on one edge. I would only say that I will definitely add 1 more layer of security when attaching it to the wall next time. I will change the rating as we did like the mirror and the high amount of light it emits. They also have great packaging. It was very protected in shipment.

I don’t write reviews much but I felt the need to do so for this product. It was easy to install it looks amazing we did the mount bracket first measure measure measure then found the middle the where the bracket should be it was a piece of cake then made a hole in the wall to fish the wires the light from there we joined the Correct wires together then voila it’s done. I love love love love it if ur looking to buy u should it’s worth it
